I know this is probably luck of the draw but I wanted to ask anyway where to best find fish to make fried fish. I can only currently access southern and northern territories. I mostly wanted them for repair. I only have a tier 4 bench and repairing takes a lot of resources, especially steel, which is more laborious for me to grind.

Fish can be acquired in the northern lake, but it's a random occurrence. The same applies in the southern region. However, you have a guaranteed chance of obtaining a fried fish from the Old Road on medium difficulty (1) and hard difficulty (2).
