Things are not sorted properly

In some chests/storages, after clicking auto sort button, some things are not sorted properly. Similar things stay in distance.

But it is quite true that there shouldnt be those gaps between them

Although annoying, the most simple thing on earth would to just place them next to each other 😑

Then what will be the function of auto sort button if i have to do it manually?

The game sorts things automatically by ID.
If smth is not stucked - these are different.
