#Changes to Damage?

Are you sure it’s the same one with the same bp level?
Yea I only had one and kept it in a chest with my other rare weapons
Some native American weapons got nerfed mate
Native American armor and weapons have been rebalanced. Some were improved, others nerfed.
Seems everything besides makyas' shoes was nerfed. People with tribal bow doing 1k dmg are probably upset
A bow making 1k damage seems a little bit OP. Don't you think?
It should look like this.
Indians use the bows effectively and may outpowered guns with the right hand
Feel free to post your own suggestions on how items should be rebalanced in case you strongly believe there is a mistake in the balance. Please pay attention to how players can get them and where to use them. Compare with other items. We're always open to reasoned feedback.
Im reacting to your post that seems its already OP to you having a bow with 1k damage..because why not? If you mean balance, y guns are OP and many players preferred guns?
I'm not balancing weapons personally. This is just my humble opinion comparing that damage to the damage of other weapons. The best craftable tier 5 bow deals a little bit more then 500 damage.
Maxed LeMat Revolver deals a little bit more then 800 damage. This is rare tier 4 revolver!
Only tier 5 rare guns deal more then 1000 damage and epic weapons of course. Do you REALLY think a bow that deals 1000 damage and makes a critical x2 hits from the stealth is a realistic and well balanced one? Come on, partner! 😆
We have different notion of balance i guess...your comparison is noy accurate...my previous point is that a bow can be as powerful.as.guns if use by the right hand. 2k crit hit can be compensated by its slow animation, compared to guns, just a click it then it fires. Do you think the rare indian bow is at par of rare t5 wenchester at their minimum and max level? You tell...if they are the same
Make the indian bow/weapons repairable in bench, then maybe meaning of balance when it comes to the value of an item is realistic. a subpower items and hard to get (now every 6days) and hard to repair (indian items only using fish) compared to guns when you have the tube it yours forever,
If the game intends to make indian item a "special item" or qualified as rare, then its logical to increase its damge and usuability thus its value compared to the craftable guns...while the update is fine to sync the stat on its enchantment, but i guess not enough to consider its value. Personally, my indian items in my ranch are in the box for so long since i dont see its "use value" purely aesthetics
Its bow making plus a strong enchantment on top. How strong is an "enchantment"? Thats a made up metric and I have no standard of comparison.
What i know is that i dont have any use for 1k bows since they require fried fish to repair. Thus, for me the bows didnt represent any sort of unbalance to the gameplay.
Tribal bow is t2 uncommon, enchantment 18 490 damage, enchantment 19 515 damage, enchantment 20 540 damage, durability 300, range 5, as far as I'm aware the biggest range is 6, it takes 5 fish to repair
I think this is better balanced than having around 1k damage
Not sure if this applies to every enchanted weapon, but it looks like 1 enchantmend level for the tribal bow is 25 damage
this is in the cow patch right?
yes
ty
and my take on the balance of these indian items..
im just going to say they were balanced for how hard it was to get them,
not only in resources but also on time
for the new ones we will need to wait for the new spirit cave to see
yeah you need to wait for new spirit cave, never judge too quickly😉
Yes, but they are quest rewards, you would usually go higher than the required wave for them anyway for other rewards, they were like a bonus
yeah but not higher enchancemnt
Aw
All my cave gear is useless
Hope i can get better ones when the caves return
I kinda regret fighitng spirit cave level 20 for basically a level 4 tier five bow now though
yeah lol, i went upto 35
yeah
I could go past that point
But as it was, the gear was already not worth it
and now the gear is useless
yeah🥲
So many materials spent fighting a boss with over 50000 hp
who also had like 75% armor
Still thw highest enchanrment is 30 as seen the highest reward in canyon leaderboard..i dont know if its worth it..but so far, all that my previous indian items were become useless, thats what THEY called balance 🙂
well the reason is its too op compared to t4 and t5 armors
this is my POV
If they are OP, do you frequently use them?
yep
I dont, cz t5 sheriff is most OP and all around armor, beside its easy to repair. I use those indian armors when i go to party 😀😀😀😀
I seldom see players in town wearing indian armors, much more in deepwater
My POV is, if they are OP, most players will prefer to use it
oh that's nice mate agree sheriff is best but i use em for spirit
hmm
well they are op, thats y its hard to get em
that's not how it works
OP is not enough if it's extremely hard to get and expensive to repair
We are on the same side
Whats the use of Power if seldom use?
But i agree, that having makya full enchamtment of lvl30 full set may have a difference in playstyle, imagine 120points of speed attack
Well done, partner!👍
But once worn out, u need 4 days to repair all of them
They should not be considered OP but Rare...
Anyway, the point of this thread is about indian weapons which was reduced in damage, and the reduction is huge
Regardless...i still play but remove indian items as.my pefered weapons.simce.they are only good in central map
But you guys gonna see the new stuff in new spirit and it will be a worth of grind
Oh that's y nerf mate
Agreed
