And again, the culprit of the party is a kill with "Gibbing." If you destroy a character, there's a chance they'll spawn under the map, dealing damage to everyone else from underground, but you can't do anything to them. You can also simply walk a little further and fall under the map.

So I'm assuming that the main issue is players spawning at the 0,0,0 coordinates of the level after gibbing

It’s a combination of the “Gib Respawn” bug and “Respawn in Place” bug.

I've never personally seen it, but Fusion's deathmatch issues are completely different. The animation is broken, the movement is kind of jumbled, not BFE, not TSE, but something new. And the fall is way too fast compared to the original BFE.
