@Moderator / @Support — HELP NEEDED (Ticket #12635)
I’m stuck in a support loop for my Garage Level 16 account (Monu). Support confirmed they found the account via my Facebook ID, but they keep sending automated replies about Gmail. The Facebook link is gone and I can't get back in.
Can a CM or Mod please help me get this escalated to a technical lead? I've been trying for weeks and don't want to lose years of progress.

I've played about 250 races in the last 3 days, and I haven't received a single epic. It's almost as if it's done on purpose to push players to buy more...! I find this technique very dubious, even downright dishonest!

Look I try to log in to my account in my iOS device and I seem to always experience this problem, all the other platforms I use (pc, android) work pretty well and I don’t experience this account conflict bug, iOS always seems to be the problem. I then deleted all my duplicate accounts that I know of, have access to and deleted the game to try to log into gameloft club. I do have access to my main account on gameloft club but I see the account conflicts screen despite having deleted all my repeated accounts.

Keep in mind that this is the second time I asked for this, the first time it didn’t get fixed, I believe the agent that tried fixing the bug for me was Anna. Please fix it this time.

I had to factory reset my device. When I reinstall Asphalt Legends Unite, I am locked out by an 'Account Conflict' error. It happens with both Google Play and my Gameloft ID. My main progress is safe on my secondary device, but my main device is completely blocked by the conflict screen. Please unbind the conflicting local profile ID so I can log into my main account.
