the main problem with chiron is that every time it touches the ground when floating (during stuff like punches), you lose a lot of speed - I'm talking 40kmh or more every time it touches the ground, but it makes up for this by nitro and accl; additionally, not everyone knows how to float, and that's why it's stereotypically the "best" MP car for everyone
