Well, I will say obligation or not it is not being helpful if you do not reference an instance. So much easier if you just tell people where and they can remove them especially if it was one time and an accident.

We see any violations of the server rules or ToU pertaining to the Gameloft server, and that person will be issued a warning, mute or ban, depending on the severity of the infraction .

I did not ignore the rules knowingly, okay? If you have any sort of empathy you know all it takes is a simple mistap or when scrolling or misclick to make a reaction. Is it your job to tell us to remove unpermitted things? No. But if someone firmly believes they did not do it, you really should show them the evidence. Because it makes absolutely no sense for them to be warned for something they thought they did not do and have no proof of.
If there is proof, then the person can be like, “Oh, so I did do something wrong, intentional or not,” and that is irrefutable.
And if there is not, especially if they believe they did do nothing wrong, as far as they are concerned, they are being warned or otherwise punished unfairly or for no reason. You do not need to provide proof for everyone. That is a waste of time. Just do it for the few that ask, it barely takes any time, no more than the effort it took to issue warnings or punishments.
