Context: I finished the first chapter with 2 star Free car. I had end up 4 star my MC20. from there my asfane mouse car was already maxed out. I actually was lucky with the token relays i purchased that for 6k. Sabre was bottleneck for everyone but till then i didn't spend a single sc other than upgrading tartarus. I used more than 35+ total wildcard and around 800k-1.1M sc on SABRE which i did it f2p somehow. But i literally had 0 left to upgrade tartarus which will cost me 192K. There was a flash SC bundle 300k sc and 5M credit bundle iirc. which cost me only 141TL. I bought that one. From there i would able to pass on cc850 stage had 4 star CC850 from previous DS. There i didnt spend anything. Doing all the pinned missions and everyting i manage to unlock it. I will have around 300k sc left. I will work on getting my CC850 to 5 star now. So in the end Tartarus only costed me like 4$

Here's the real answer: Everyone has the same quests with same LP, however when you have the season pass some of those quests are buffed and give extra LP. One of you(the one with less LP) completed what was supposed to be a buffed quest before having the season pass, therefore only getting the normal amount of LP and not the buffed amount. (random image otherwise my msg gets removed).

Def better, the ability or not to wallride will have a major impact on the playability itself.

Imo it seems "balanced" with straights and twist sections, but on the lake area slow cars will lose without an alternative (rough terrain without clean areas is a huge NO, we already have it in cursed Chicago)
