Getting the Chiron is a better idea because it doesn't require so many tokens AND it doesn't require a key – so you can upgrade and drive it, step by step. The BoS cars require a key that can be obtained at 6* and you don't have enough tokens, so you will spend a lot of tokens and still won't get the cars.
