since it’s a special event car, assume each 10 pack gives 3-6, average 4.5. also note by the time you get the packs you should have ~20 or so bps. then 35/4.5=6.32 so you’d need 7x900=6300 tokens to unlock the car. this is also assuming you have all the other support cars needed at the requirements to get 225 conditions, which at least needs the lp and cars like the raeser taychon speed (i don’t remember if there is a free try but i think you at least need it to be starred up to get the blueprints from each stage)

the last star of the peugeot onyx requires 62 blueprints. In the 5* Stage you can aquire 53 blueprints. The starway trick does not work well with this car as you need 12 blueprints to max the car when you do the regular trick (1st stage twice, rest once)
