Hackers are integral part of the game like the AI; to make the game challenging and block you from getting rewards. GL will ban them once they steal awards for few seasons. Effectively, GL is making sure you do not receive the rewards or make fast progress. It will ENCOURAGE you to pay for those epic import, bps,tokens, etc..

It will be interesting to see when GL will start publishing player IDs when they are banned. It will give a timeline when the report was made and when hacker was banned. (I am sure they will say will not be possible because of privacy).

I tried to investigate this person and I saw a few things:

• At start, after crashing to the traffic car (which is a dirty move in 1v1), the car still sped up, not slowing down (I know P1 accel is good)
• From 0:16 till end: the player hit the wall, preventing from getting a perfect run, drifted a bit, barrel roll failed, then drifted along the wall, but somehow fired shockwave. I mean the player drifted but not enough for a shockwave
  Maybe I need to investigate more
