Its a connection thing, the game on your side thought that the car touched the wall while in reality it didn't. Atleast thats what it looks like. Also, there have been cases where a car lands on its top and doesn't wreck- again due to connection

@cerulean grove @blissful bronze @reef lance This blatant cheater "I sell piracy A9" has now been reported multiple times on your A9 discord 'cheater-report' channel and Customer Care over the last 12 hours but nothing has been done about it. His/Her club now has 7 drivers who are probably all cheats.
It seems that rather than banning hackers you are promoting them, as how else can you justify/explain such a delay in permanently banning them all. Maybe we should all simply buy the hacks advertised in their club's Motto, at least then we would have a level & fair playing field.

@vernal glacier how can we add player ID for GP when it is not visible to us? The only way to find it is end up in the same race during multiplayer and get it there. There is no physical way at the moment this information is available to us. So we send there name and club with club tag as it's the closest we can get! Please pass on to the relevant developer we need to access a player ID

@vernal glacier I can access the game. If I go to Options > Customer Care I will get forwarded to a webpage. On the webpage I don't see any option to report cheaters (I went through all sections listed in drop-down menu & used Search function). However, I'm currently not logged-in (I have a registered account) & I'm unable to log-in. If I try to log-in (fill in username, password & captcha), the webpage just doesn't execute the command. I also switched browsers (Firefox & Edge) & I turned off Add-Ons & scripts, still can't log-in...

@upbeat heart a very common issue, both if you didn't actually finished at the same frame, the game registers finishes like that, those two people did get a faster time than yours. Also, the correct channel would be #👾-gameplay-issues

Looks more like a 'bad connection'. The game attempts to estimate the cars position when in reality they did not crash, game then catches up when connection improves. I have had this with my club's members in a race and have shared the video with them and they have said that they did not crash, so it's just GL's servers and happens all the time

but it is more then common that people have temporarely / syncing issues and that they apear to teleport allthough they drive normally... if they do "teleport" it does NOT mean they are hackers

A player joined my club and he's cheating. He had an account he said and it's not showing any cars. He has a new account. So he's just starting out again. I asked him to collaborate me he did and he's ran the whole race with pink nitrous. Crashing everywhere ridiculous. But there's no button for reporting that I can see in club race. Is that where you're supposed to do it or is there somewhere else in the game to do this. Of course I have his player ID.

He's pretty clueless probably doesn't know how it's taken seriously. I asked him to club race he did. He ran pink nitrous whole time crash a couple times. And so I've identified him as cheating. he changed his name to probably his name it was: ABDELRAHMAN

The only way to remove all the hackers in asphalt 9.... is to tell Google to banned all the mod apks (only for asphalt 9) that’s all I could think of

Or send the cops in multiplayer to destroy the hackers in windows and andorid... if the hackers got wrecked by the cops in mp... on the screen it will say “BANNED”. If they press “Next” they will automatically get kicked out of the game, that means they will return to home screen
