Issue: he's using some kind of lag switch to ghost through other players. You can see a halo around his car the whole time. During the race he kept getting the "AC Holger has a bad connection" non-stop and then in the replay you can see he conveniently turns off the lag switch at the last minute before the race ends. And the race results show a green ping although he had a bad connection throughout the whole race.
