Just mentioning that most people that did multiple redeems did 5 or more, with a large number of those going in the range of 20-25, some even over 200. Not only that most have intentionally tried to cheat the system, they took away other players chance to gain the rewards for subscribing.

And most email addresses were from "disposable" email sites.

That's the most I will disclose and the last time I will discuss about the issue.

Also, y'all lucky its a 7 day ban WITHOUT a reset in a week with no important events. If it was up to me, it would have been a 7 day account roll back and a token fine for each account of abuse, including going negative tokens, Steph got you all the best deal given the situation.

Finally, I could understand the ban if GL had specified the conditions and had warned. The problem is entirely on their part. Having a warning would have been the easiest thing. A lot of people have 2 or 3 personal emails, so it's not cheating per se. It's a flaw in their system. After those who made 20/50/200 codes there is another story. But do not put everyone in the same group of "cheaters". When I take all the passes, I buy packs in the shop at 10/20€ and I am banned. It makes me angry. OMG I'm a big cheater I've been naughty. Now, GL does not want to recognize its share of responsibility. OK but it is sure that many players will leave because of their bad management. Already last year with the McLaren P1, they did not accept their mistakes and it was all their fault. I got f**** by GL.

Not yet, but i will try later. i'm having this issue as well. Everytime i keep getting disconnected, 6 points in substracted, even when i'm winning or almost a few inches reaching the finish line, it suddenly disconnects on me.

Same! In multiplayer, that happens to me. I tried the 1v1 for the first time and I kept having to close the game completely and reopen the game cuz the game froze on "connecting to server". The first time that this happened, my whole switch locked up. I had to do a hard shutdown and reboot my switch. Ever since then, I've been having connection issues. In 1v1, every disconnect counted as a loss. In multiplayer, I kept losing points in my rank due to getting disconnected.

Using two controllers : You start a multiplayer in touch drive using controller 1, during the race, you turn controller 2 on, and you switch OFF controller 2 at the end of the race. When you exit pressing B on controller 1, the game will crash. It crashes also when you swap controllers.

Further update, this has just started on the v12 car hunt too. The good old "error has occurred" screen before exiting. I don't understand how there can be so many bugs, when the developers have 1 year to adapt what they did for the rest of the platforms.
There may be errors, it is something that we can all understand, but what is not understood is that each season something happens.
The global version takes us further and further away and I don't know what plans GL has with Switch, but it doesn't seem like it wants to go cross-platform like it did with XBOX and the recently announced Steam.
Not everything is solved by giving 300 tokens and 5 plans, people want to PLAY without worrying if the game is going to close.
Whenever you make mistakes, the users are the harmed and, as if that were not enough, you also punish them.

Back to the issue of errors:
-Isn't there an environment in PRE to be able to test the updates before launching them to the public?
-Or is it that there is no one duty manager for verifying it?
There are many things and the worst thing is that it seems that nothing is solved over time. 6 crashes out of 11 fuel, 10 out of 20 fuel ....more than 50% of the time . It s beyond a bug now. Can i suggest you adjust the drop rate of the bp in car hunt till you sort out this mess? I m not paying for a season pass to waste 9 days and every "free" refuel "i pay for" technically through the LP to be wasted on crashes. In 2hrs , 20 fuel "used", 10 crashes! We don't know what the root cause is so you can't say what will and won't work in terms of resolution. There are many factors at play when it comes to software. It could be a memory leak for all I know that only impacts certain hardware revisions. In short, this update should never have been released in the current state and was clearly never tested properly, if at all.

I think some cars may be less glitchy then others. I've had a lot of success with the DS in the speedster car hunt. Then I tried the Honda Civic and it error crashed. Went back to the DS and it was fine so far. Maybe try the DS or switch to other cars you haven't tried to see if it's better.

Here's another glitch that's happening. When I enter MP1 in gold league it shows the B class cars, but the cursor is actually on the Acura NSX (a c-class car). When I toggle right with the left joystick it goes to the next car to the right of the NSX from the screen showing the B class cars.

Mixing the Xbox & iOS UI (plus some of the controls) definitely doesn't show that. Because clearly that's what has happened 🤣

If I'm actually right, they're gonna have to fix the UI which is not gonna be a short process. Home button appears and dissappears (that's why I think the UI's have become combined as well as the controls) and we know that they used iOS as a base for the Switch version, that's what they've been using up to this point. For MP1 and MP2 it's actually worse for me now! Almost every single race kicks me out. I just tried like 6 times in a row and got in zero races.

I’ve been getting the error message “could not execute action on server (3)” pretty consistently when playing multiplayer on Switch.

It takes me like 5 tries to finally get a race to go through

Looks like everyone is having the same issue

Hopefully they’ll get it fixed and hook us up lots of in game currency for all the missed multiplayer matches.
