incredibly stupid! he hit the barrier which stopped me and i lost speed another car landed over me and I died but apparently he didnt actually hit the barrier and just re spawned and and was perfectly fine the question is if his network was unstable how was his car still physical? this is not fair he just sabotaged my race without any consequence

depends on the situation. If you get KD'd, shoved or "unfair play", then no, but only on the person that did it to you. This is really just what I would do.

And if you get an LP mission, then you're unfortunately forced to.
