In gold, you face corvettes, which are not too much faster. In plat however, those A class cars exceed 230mph, which is absurd to try to win with an h2. Like making an icona go against an f5. Just near impossible.

Almost my case. The first part is totally me, but then I have never had a need to upgrade Asterion - there was 488 hunt that time. Then Viper GTS was my best car for a long time. And finally Icona hunt happened and I could finally do big things in LL (Rush times).

There’s a solution - don’t drift (or at least drift only where it’s necessary). On some turns you can use floaty (Shanghai is a good example) or wall-riding.
