What actually dictates whether or not you can physically bump into other cars in multiplayer? I have on multiple occasions driven right through opposing drivers as if they were ethereal only to trade paint with them less than 10 seconds later

There's no collision in the first 15 seconds, after that it's all based on your/the opponent's network condition and gameloft's server conditions

My experience with GL over the years: Keep your expectations under the minimum 😂 I'm smh thinking about what the GL staff is thinking. They got THE best racing game out there but keep ruinin it instead of makin it what it could be - INSANE. All i know is, the playerbase this game has is full of bright ideas which are not even hard to implement. But they'll never listen, so all there is to do - play it or leave it and don't expect ish. Seems like they're just not capable of taking it to the max a 💯

I played Asphalt 8 a few years ago as casual player and used tap to steer

I was able to control upto a class using tap to steer but had difficulty controlling s class cars especially any car above 400km/hr.

You can play touchdrive in multiplayer. Easy in bronze, silver, gold and platinum leagues. Also with touchdrive you can get into legend league and took all rewards stages. But if you prefer top places, you need manual drive. With good car with touchdrive you can get top3000 maximum, with top car - top1000. If you want higher - you need manual drive

Why not make the rewards less random - such that, players get cards for the cars that they DON'T have maxed..? Might keep my sanity then
