you just have to play everything...Career, Daily, Events...constantly racing. Spend your resources wisely and not on low level cars unless it'a means to an end. I only upgraded the weekly event cars enough to win the races other than that they are not worth upgrading.

But GL throws us all for loops with these events which requires us to upgrade all these cars to get the 'shiny prize'. But most of those cars aren't useful outside of the event.
