Unlocking cars... I'm at Garage Level 14, not too far, but I'd advise trying to complete weekly Class D-S Cups, and weekend's Open and Luxury Class Cups - they're a good source of BPs, for starters 😛

If possible, also try looking for an active Club that completes the "Daily Car Hunt" event daily - the FXX K might not look so good at first, but its Acceleration and Nitro will pay off, and can even take on some high-tier Class As (quite a number of people with "good" cars in MP don't really know how to drive - trust me, and no offense!).

I got it figured out. Before you do this make sure you are connected to Facebook or Google in the game settings.

Go delete all your game data in the app settings on your phone. It'll redownload all the data and start with a fresh install.

Then connect via facebook/google and it'll ask you if you want to use your new lvl 1 acct or your old acct, pick your old one.

(there's also an option to merge, not sure what that means, but I wouldn't chance it).
