@grand solar I use a cheat for the knife in MC5 since I'm playing on a keyboard. I moved the activation key to the space bar, then use something to keep the space bar depressed the entire game. Then if I'm within the 2-3 meters the knife will deploy, it will automatically go from primary to the knife.
