Consistent problem with the "Calvin Cat in the cage" ad for X3 rewards. I don't recall if it happens for Daily Event ticket replenishment or the Free Garage Level Reward..
Other ads appear quickly where as the Calvin ad takes about 3 seconds of flashing Diamond before it appears. It plays fine. The very next ad attempt shows the indefinite flashing diamond and the game must be closed. This happens every time following the Calvin Cat ad.

I've called moments when the ad loads infinitely "You have run out of ads, please try again tommorow" which has a global limit (increased anytime an ad is played during the day) and local limits (increased anytime an ad is played that has a specific "tasks" such as "Ad for Ferrari LaFerrari Pack"), it would cause the infinite ad loading to begin once the global limit is hit.
In the Italian Season update, it started to say for me that there's no more ad available currently when I hit a "local limit" for something, I haven't checked if it does for the triple coin amount but I think it doesn't have the same thing.

I have no explanations to why you're not getting the "There are no more ads currently available" message, incase you're wondering how it looks like, here's an image (the text appears where the "View ad" button is)

Switching from TD to manual and then back to TD is broken. Now basically every time i switch back to TD it stays at manual for drifting.

Holding drift wont drift and then need to tap it like on manual so it starts to drift so then needed to switch to manual and back to TD that messes up the time in grand prix a lot. I bought a new one a couple weeks ago and the bluetooth connection gave me some trouble. I got from the Microsoft store an app called 'Xbox accessories', and through it I was able to update the controller's firmware to its latest version. With that and making sure I had all the pc drivers also updated, I solved it.

It's not an issue; it's rather the fact that the game is allowing players to pay tokens to get the season rewards if the player is unable to complete the season missions. But as the last season reward is 100 tokens and 1 Legend Point is worth about 1.2 +- tokens, the player likely has to pay more tokens than he will receive.

Just an idea with the "stuck at startup" errors that folk above have had, have you tried checking your firewall settings in case your firewall is blocking the connection and stopping it loading further. I've not had it with this game but other games I've played where this happened it was due to the firewall settings deciding to suddenly block the connection.

This looks like a new visual bug: no spacing immediately after "with" in all "Beat [time] with [car]" goals in Career Mode.

Why would I use kboard if its the opposite of fun. GL states that the game supports xbox controller, why is it at disadvantage now tho? Not getting full radius is really bad. U have to drift more, drift earlier, drift wider. That's like 0.3sec lost on each corner. Kboard doesn't get full radius instantly but it does get it.

So I was thinking compensation for an admitted error (which really should be simple to fix through reverting to previous code and doing a hotfix as was done with the Lambo GP). I was thinking at least a free Legend Pass for all Windows users, and possibly a free key for all GPs in this update, since race times would be affected by this issue, therefore we won't be able to get the times we need. When you press left or right d-pad arrow and turn analog stick all the way to the opposite direction car won't go straight and will turn slightly (towards d-pad) - that's the amount of steering range missing from the stick

So in an attempt to solve the events not available problem, I brute-forced in opening the game using VPN. After that when I try 1 race, the game always get stuck at the finish line. When I got back out and entered again, the result was not counted (except for the 1st time).

I cant play Asphalt 9 at all because of a control bug. This bug makes the car go out of my control for a few seconds or just makes it take a hard turn resulting in wreck. This happens in every single race unless I get really lucky. Last time I contacted customer care about this they said its an internet connectivity problem. I checked on Fast.com and got 62mbps. Sometimes more. And Iv seen a lot of players do just fine with an even slower Internet

That sounds like the Ads steering bug, did you happen to watch an Ad with an extra 15second segment on the end, if so then that's the problem, solution is to quit the game & restart each time you get one of these Ads

If you use Handheld controller, the game has surpassed Nightmare Level since the latest update. You need a mouse if you want to access Daily, Special Events, and so one. XBox Log-in problem now appears to be fixed, even though Teredo it is still showing a problem, I guess the actual problem was at GL server end, now there's a surprise

When I checked the NAT Type was saying something like "Teredo is not eligible. This will maybe prevent you to playing multiplayer (translation to French because the message was displayed in French)" I click to the button "fix it" it shows NAT Type "Normal", I relaunch A9 and still impossible to connect to Xbox Live. (I closed the settings app at the moment I opened A9) I reopen the settings app and check the NAT Type and it's showing the same thing that before
