@indigo dawn just open up windows update and see if you can manually update but you wont be able to participate in grand prix anyways cause the round 2 of qualification is already running and if you have not played a single conditions for grand prix your chance is only to buy in tomorrow

From past experience in other programs I've been able to obtain crash dumps while the application is open and "Not Responding." I can go into Task Manager and right-click the process from there to capture the dump file. With Asphalt 9, the game crashes and the executable ends so I can't right-click on it. Does Gameloft have any other suggestions in getting crash dumps for the game?

Can you move this nitro bottle just a bit to the right side. In this track most of the times it wont take the nitro bottle with touch drive cause it's too much in the left and touch drive isnt made to drive trough the bottle. It's really old problem in this game that never get fixed while it should not be so hard to fix. The car trajectory how it drives trough there is not touching the bottle so it should be moved more on the right side. Why even have TD option to take this bottle if it's 50/50 to get it. It helps to get it when drifting close to the bottle but thats not an option with cars like this that slide off the road when pressing drift or lose all it's speed and never mind it dont have any anyways

I have an issue connecting with Xbox Live. I have test with other games and working. Tried many times to connect the game with Xbox Live still not show Connected. Even I already revoke the application on MS account and trying to connect even I grant the permission, it still doesn’t connect. Idk if it is something about the code connecting to the service.

I have a bit more info from the Event Viewer that might help. Each crash is creating the same 3 Admin Events, which list as follows:

#1 is: 0x5: Cannot create the process for package A278AB0D.Asphalt9_2.4.600.2_x86__h6adky7gbf63m because an error was encountered while performing the integrity check. Access is denied.

#2 says: Failed with 2147942405 to retrieve the trust state of the package Microsoft.NET.Native.Framework.1.3_1.3.24211.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe folder.

#3 is the DistributedCOM message displayed above ("error 2147942405")

So anyway, I looked up some information on how to fix the permissions problem. Microsoft's own pages walked me through checking and reassigning the permissions to all of the relevant folders (despite supposedly having them all set correctly anyway).
When I applied the changes, it made my account UNUSABLE. I had to RESET MY PC to get it to work again. Easily enough done I guess, it was due for it.
NOW however, I am running into THE SAME PROBLEM AS ABOVE - BUT NOW WITH THE WINDOWS STORE ITSELF.
Windows Store is the DUMBEST thing to ever exist...! I've had problem trying to install almost everything that uses the Store.

In game chat. Sometimes it stop working when typing like you write a bit then it stops and need to press enter like you want to start new message. This is a typical error in the chat existing like a year. Now the chat goes even more broken and stop support for anything. Keyboard not working and mouse not working so you need to restart the game

While it sounds like conspiracy theory I have for long time "feeling" that there is something going on with real car speed vs declared car speed in stats. In short, I think A LOT of stats for cars, if not all are just pulled out of back side of someone and are completely fake..

In one of the multiplayer races, whenever someone wrecked, a very loud sound would play, which caused my ears to bleed litres of blood. One noteworthy thing is that there was a hacker in the match (the same hacker whom I reported to CC in GP qualifiers, and they did absolutely nothing). I don't know if these two are related, but look into it before your playerbase abandons the game in order to protect their ears

I just lvled up to garage lvl 13, and now I cann't claim my x5 card packs
They are rlly important to me as for some cars, I have come rlly close to unlocking them, so I need those x5 premium card packs.
Now what happened is, just as I lvled up to Garage lvl 13, my game crashed, so it got closed.
Now when I'm opening it again, I cannot claim my x5 card packs like it is not rendering my mouse click when I click on the 'Claim x5 Card Packs'.

Never mind that this ad is in 2 types where one is only 30 seconds and other is 30 seconds plus 15 seconds and that is probably why it breaks the game

1. Prolonged loading time. In MP, the loading time to start the race is more now than it has been. More loading time results in commencement of the race before my car shows up there.
2. Disconnection from MP. There must be something else to blame for this issue except my internet connection. We lose points for no reason.
   Please let the devs know about these issues. Thank you.

If the game disconnects before the race even starts then it's likely your device taking too long to load the game
Asphalt 9 will disconnect you for taking too long to load in order to stop a race from staying in the waiting for players screen if someone has crashed, and it has a time of about a minute and a half before the disconnect occurs from waiting too long after loading in
tl:dr loading takes too long = free disconnect

The best way to stop this from happening is just get an SSD for your PC because hard drives are just ridiculously slow nowadays

Hello! I've been trying to reach out to the customer support but they only provided me the tips on FAQs'. they did not replied back since and here is my problem:
Before the latest update (ferrari update), I was playing Multiplayer casually like everyone does. loading times were normal, my signal is always on green and little to none of lags. I even have an ethernet cable attached to my laptop and I have a fast internet which it doesn't let me down so far as I was the only one connected to the router. 
as the newest update rolled out, after updating my game, my multiplayer mode changed drastically. I would simply not connect and if I would get connected,

I would be way behind as the other opponents started the race. but normally I would always be disconnected losing so much points (and I don't know why that's a thing) and I already did some troubleshootings. aside from MP, every game mode responds as fast as it can and i do not receive errors about syncing the game. I already contacted the customer support and like I've said, they told me the exact thing in the FAQs. I reinstalled A9, restarted the game, restarted my laptop, restarted my router, did a couple of speed test (and the results are normal as expected but what I am confused about is that my Ping / latency is so high  though my internet speed is pretty normal at all times even before the update), i even called my ISP but it found no issue at all so I am assuming the issue is from the servers in A9 or something because this doesn't happen to me normally especially before the latest update.

I already did everything i can to troubleshoot this issue but the issue still persists. customer support doesn't reply back (ticket ID: 21195033) even if i get to join an MP race succesfully, I would get huge amount of lags like the game would freeze for a bit and after that, I'm way behind and it is so frustrating as this is happening for days already after the update.
I'm really looking forward for someone in Gameloft to address this issue as this is my last resort. I don't want to break my keyboard nor my laptop on frustration and as i have said, this does not happen normally, just after the update rolled out. thank you!

The usability for non-touchscreen devices has become worse for practically all ads. On Windows, we have to use the mouse now to close them, instead of just the Esc (keyboard) or the back keys on the gamepad.

I have fixed my game disconnecting me by updating windows system (optional). If you are still disconnecting from MP, try this. I've noticed the loading screens are faster aswell.

Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update (it will say "up to date, update available, or optional update") > Update (whether or not it is optional). Should take around an hour.

@umbral geode I don't know, there's just an extreme amount of desync recently, so I can't even shove people aside but they can - the only reason I can think of is that GL's servers (assuming there's even central dedicated servers for MP and not a decentralized P2P fashioned algorithm) are just plain potato recently
