There are much less players in Windows, so 1% means even less. In car hunt riots hackers take up 30-40 places in top 100, and rest goes to PROs who have maxed their cars. I am a new player( thus not maxed cars) and consider myself to be above average. Today in Ford Shelby riot i finished at 129 position, and I think top 1% was at 120-125. So I request you to ban these 30-40 hackers in top 100-150 who make the condition worse. I hope you take it seriously.

I am no IT guy, but i have a feeling that in this update they changed ''core mechanics'' which is too pain in the A to fix, so they decided to leave everything as it is and start working on next update where all these bugs will be fixed. That means its possible that we will have to deal with these annoying errors for rest of Lambo season.
I apologize to devs in advance if this is not the case. But given the fact that its been month already and we still have the same problems makes me think like that.
I work in architecture and in a month our team can make a decent size building project from zero. Here guys cant fix even one advertisment problem...

On this screenshot you can see 81% CPU load. CPU is AMD Phenom II X4 960T (4 cores, 3 Ghz for each core).
And at moment of screenshot I do nothing! So, without any action from user side the game load CPU with 70-80%.
The normal condition of CPU load is 36-41% as in menu as during race.
And with the CPU load 70-90% I have very big problem of control of the car. Car lose control during race and crashed...

Methods "off 1 core for the game" and "change input layout to engish" not solve the problem.

Turn off 'Game Mode' in Settings>Xbox>Game Mode.
As far as i know it's windows and asphalt issues i think. I checked the Forbes news article about Microsoft.
Specially watch ads only if necessary...
And try to maintain and choose Good network If you can.
I hope everything will be resolved in next updates. 😎
Also check xbox server connectivity in Xbox Settings.. it'll let you know if you have anything that's blocked.
Fix it then check.

Here is how the SC18 pack looks. That is the only featured car in that pack. You are guaranteed BPs for SC 18.

I just got a 55 inch 4k OLED screen. But when i try to play A9, the game is basically a blurry mess. As if it is still rendering at 1080p and upscaling to the screen.

Long story: When I click on Asphalt 9, the game freeze at the logo for a while and after that, it crash.

Short answer: Unable to open-up the game, it freeze at Gameloft logo and after that, it crash. Re-install no use. Still the same issue.

Issue: Xbox controller input lag using Bluetooth or USB cable
Description: I am having massive input lag after latest update with an Xbox controller through Bluetooth and USB hard wired. Issue did not exist prior to the update. I will double tap to shockwave nitro and will just get a single nitro. I will try and get perfect nitro and the second tap doesn't register on time and gives me double nitro. @brazen grotto Seeing the Xbox Live issue and solving by update the Companion app (as well as Xbox services like Xbox Live, Xbox Game Bar, etc.)(suggested by @cedar sun anyway), try restarting the services if you’re already update the required Xbox Live services and found that didn’t work. To do this, run the Run dialog (Windows Key + R) and type services.msc. Then, scroll until you see the name of the services beginning with Xbox... (like Xbox Live, Xbox Cloud Save, etc.) and also GameDVR... and restart it. That should work without Xbox Companion app mostly.

Also if you set an age below 13, it will lock the Connect button in-game and you have to contact CC for age reset

@hexed stream Anything pertaining to Xbox is a Microsoft issue. Gameloft has no control over those issues & cannot resolve those issues from their computers or servers. You will need to contact Microsoft and ask them for assistance.

With the new update, there's a freeze on the replay screen. It takes some time for the replay to start. In Old model, replay was automatic after the race the replay starts and you just seamlessly select camera and drivers with ease, now everytime I switch between replay and leaderboard, it has to load the replay causing a freeze in between

hello my screen is getting blackout after ads and the game doesnt respond anything. also it is closing by itself after alt+tab . it was not like that at the very beginning of playing. does anyone know whats problem?

@frigid carbon that is an issue with the connection between Xbox Live & the game. go into your Xbox settings on your PC & make sure they are properly set & you are not having any issues with Teredo.
