If you get 10 special packs, that's 2000 tokens and 500k coins for $50, which is a better deal than the Expert pack. So why is Expert pack "90%" off when Special pack is only 75% off? Should Expert Pack have been something like 3k tokens and 600k coins instead?

I can't see any ads for a few days, I made updates and in addition to not seeing the ads, the lag was added to every race, I also tried to change different settings but nothing changes the continuous lags persist.

@cedar cape As long as you are staying on the same platform, all you have to do is reinstall the game onto a new PC or onto a new replacement Hard Drive in your current PC. Once you log into Xbox Live, it will ask you if you want to load an existing profile.

so from the past races, my game fps didnt improve, spite yall saying a couple or so races on same maps should cache into the memory or storage so itll regain performance, and im not seeing that happening. ive been running the game on 60% res scale with everything else turned on except aa. when i lag in the game, my gpu barely takes a load, my cpu runs at just around 60% and ram doesnt get flooded with memory leaks. whats the deal with the optimization?

the game is lagging very badly. I have huge fps drops in maps that before the update ran smoothly. Scotland, San Francisco, Rome, Shanghai. Those maps were running at max settings in 60 fps. Now i have drops down to 30 fps. pls fix this as soon as possible

The point there is not just leaving it running, but actually play on the map. Next time you will have the same map, normally, you should no longer experience those issues.

In the past week something is wrong with manual steering. Even with the slightest change of direction, the car will loose a lot of speed... Due to this I'm not able to reach any of the goals I could earlier reach easily. In TouchDrive it works fine, but for me the fun in this game is when playing manually, not using TouchDrive. Is this a known issue? I've checked in my club and it seems I'm not the only one having this issue.

Those speed tests are actually very misleading. It does not what the latency is from your physical location to the Gameloft servers or what each and every node you have to pass through from your physical location to the server(s) is doing. In any one or more of the nodes you must pass through to get to Gameloft server's physical location is having issues, the speed & stability of you ISP is irrelevant to the problem. It could be some tiny little ISP your signal has to pass through in Romania that is using inadequate or outdated equipment that is causing a data's version or a traffic jam & signals passing through are bottlenecking at that node on it's way to Gameloft's servers.

Fix the game crashing. It's like less the 5 minutes in the game and game will crash. I log in after events reset and do my first Trion event and less then 20% in the track the game crashes. I lose 1 fuel and 3 tickets. Like do something with your game that it would not crash and do something to the game that we dont lose the fuel and tickets when your too noobs to make the game work without it crashing. Why must you take fuel and tickets from everyone away as soon as you click start the race. It should take tickets and fuel away when your race is done and not before if you cant manage to make the game work without so high chance of game crashing.

@spare heath Gameloft do not intend on fixing the Ads server as they don't have the expertise, and can't employ the necessary skills over the 3 months, and 3 updates it's been, since it started causing issues. Gameloft do not know what's causing the issues being experienced. The only answer is to take advantage of the server when it is occasionally working.

Now i'm experiencing one issue here. When i try to go into multiplayer, the game crashes. And no matter what, it continues to crash most of the time, leaving myself with limited options to make reputation for my club.
The Black screen isn't a cut. The game just crashes when i try to go into most Multiplayer races.

I was thinking it's just me, but now I'm sure the problem is on GL's side. I get this error 9 out of 10 tries to start a race. I'm using a decent LTE connection, so no way it's caused by poor connection. Btw, since MP rewards are crap, nobody's willing to play it, and that's the reason we only have 2-3 people in every race instead of 8. Make MP worth playing.

With the ad issues, it is not all of Windows seeing the issue, so instead of posting the same message repeatedly in this channel, do like Deniss & others have said -- contact Customer Care. I'm having zero issues with ads & I've been trying to get an issue pop up so I can take that information back to Deniss--- but it's not happening since the announcement was made that the major issues with ads was resolved. So if you are still having ad issues, you then need to go to Customer Care to look at your individual accounts to see why you are not getting ads working properly, but others are.
One issue I am still seeing after announcement that it should have been resolved is random game closing & sending the person back to their PC desktop. Just get ready to start a race & the screen will freeze for a few seconds & then game closes sending me back to my desktop display. Anyone else having that issue or anything similar?

i am so upset right now. Ive spent the whole day staring at a loading screen hoping to get an ad. I cant do this. This is not fair
When i first started ads worked fine and that why i decided to but a pack or two but you guys just dont care. The ad problem in this game has just ruined the game for me. I think i may have to give up on this game save myself before i waste a year of time or more money than i already have. @stuck quarry there is an issue with the Warhammer game ad. It started fine, but failed to cut out game audio while it played though & when the ad ended went to a black screen & froze up. Might want to pull that one from ad rotation. For those that has not tried this yet, see if this at least helps restore ads in Windows. I did see an improvement with some of the ads that was hanging up when I was trying to view certain ads.
Go to Settings --> **Privacy ** --> General and then toggle this switch off, then back on. It will reset your Ad ID.

Hello Gameloft,
When I'm in multiplayer, the game lags so fast that it becomes unplayable and had to close the app in order to restart it.
And yes, I play using my Xbox One controller.
Here's my laptop specs as you can see my laptop is Lenovo IdeaPad Y510P (2014 model) with 16GB of RAM, Intel Core i7 processor and GPU model, NVIDIA GeForce GT525M.
So I conclude it's not my laptop issue because I checked the specs via the Windows setting (good-enough to run), it's the game that causes the lag.
Hope it gets fixed.

Mmmm you shouldn't have any issues. Try using ethernet instead of WiFi? Those specs are better than my laptop. Maybe turn off your Antivirus while playing? What else is going on that may be interfering? Have other stuff running in background simultaneously? Shouldn't be encountering any lag unless your PC is infected or some other process/service using your resources. Kinda wonky imo

My game has just started to crash every single time when finishing any race, be it a daily event or MP! It was absolutely fine yesterday, I turned on the game for the first time today and ran a few MP races alright, then after about the 6th race the crashing started, lost some points in the new Porsche MP so gave up. Started doing some daily events and the game is crashing at the same place each time, at the results table screen right before the rewards screen has even a chance to tell me what I have won. The game does register solo rewards and rep still. I've reset the game through Windows app setting and still crashing. Windows ID: 803e4
EDIT: Scratch that, the game has stopped crashing, must of been a glitch in the matrix 🤨

@polar swan that only shows the connection between your device, ISP & 1 other point of reference. For the signal to go from your device to the Gameloft servers, it could go through multiple nodes, ISP's and inferior data lines (copper or fiber) & any one of those points could be having an issue slowing, delaying or even blocking your data flow to the servers.

@stuck quarry as long as you are connected to Xbox Live, you won't lose any game progress if you uninstall/reinstall the game. Most of the information is stored in the Cloud anyways. One thing you may try before spending the next hour plus reinstalling the game is go to Settings -->> Privacy -->> General and turn off, then back on the very first toggle on the screen to reset your Advertising ID.

@polar swan sorry... wrong topic. On connection issues, it out of your hands. All you can control is your device and the router/WiFi in your house you connect through. If a small ISP halfway around the globe is having a node failure, nothing you can do to help get your data stream to go through any better as it passes through their equipment on the way to the game servers.

search ads in settings. And click on first result.
turn off and turn on the first option. this will reset ads for windows store apps. This is how u can fix the issue.
If resetting Ad ID doesn't help, then contact Customer Care so they can look into the issue to see if they can fix it.

@sweet bronze This happens sometimes because of the late sync due to poor connection during race. In simple words, you had bad connection during race (red connection icon) and due to bad connection, your result was synced late. That's why you came last even after finishing first in your screen.
This happens not only in A9, in many multiplayer games this happens.

Is it true that there is no league demotion in unlimited MP? Just tell the requirement before you demote someone out of nowhere! I was practicing manual and out of nowhere game demotes me from elite to pro league. Just keep fuel if you don't want us to play when we have time to play as always. Be clear with what you do.

Ads have not worked correctly for about a month. Have tried resetting ID , doesnt help. Typically ad (tries to) loads but 1) dosent play just goes to spinning diamond and stays there, 2) plays then goes to spinning diamond 3) plays and goes to black screen and ctd, 4) plays but doesnt give rewards. blah blah blah blah
at best clicking watch ad results in actually receiving reward 1 in 5 ish times. even when its the same ad, the outcome is almost always different each time, works once or twice then I go thru the errors above and have to restart game every time. just not worth it
