I always run the Asphalt 9: Legends game in window mode, it actually crashed two times only in lifetime in this update. So, I recommend the players to check their DirectX if that's corrupted, or use sfc /scannow, dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth commands respectively in their Administrative command prompt.

I am aware that this was not intentional, but launching it without meticulously analyzing it is not the best idea either. They have already taken a long time to look for that problem and the events are still running, there are people who are losing them since they can not even enter the game. Same trolloft here, no problems of crashs but no ads for refill and tickets like before this upshamedate 😉 I work every day, they are 1000 évents with 3 tickets, for the first time, i think to quit this game, i not the time 😒 No answer of CC and total silence of all GL, seriously you have been muted on the moon 😂 Turn on/off don't work, you can see 6 or 7 ads in totality and it's finish, it's unplayable...

These random disconnects are getting to be a nuisance. And it's costing me fuel. Totally random too-- sometimes the disconnect happens when first starting the game @ the Gameloft logo. Sometimes it's right as a race is just about to start, or between when one race ended & preparing to start another race. I can't anticipate for them in any way once the game opens.

Looks like we are all on Gameloft time, that means no play until they actually fix the freezing at starting of loading a race and force closes the whole app. The thread on their forums is getting no where at all and been just over a week. The only thing last said is giving the information to the developer and nothing else. No time limit, nothing. We just go on their time and never play again. I love how I finally take a break and enjoy my life and finally said to myself man I want to play Asphalt 9 about week later and boom right after I started the break the update came but broke. Nothing done but people complaining, but nothing still be done about it. Uninstalled, reinstalled, reset app, reboot PC Windows 10. Play with graphics settings in game, and still endless crashing, and no Gameloft doing anything but saying BS to waste our time, and only do anything at all on their own time. Yeah, that is right. We are not important enough for them at all. Stupid.

I am about ready to give up on this game because it is more of a waiting to play, than actually play at all every day. An hour and 40 minutes for 10 tokens and 5 races, then wait another same amount of time, unless you save up all the stuff but takes forever to save up the stuff. Almost damn pointless if you ask me, to play since, it is more wait than actually race. MP is boring, and knock outs just to lose the race, is stupid. Come on, after all this time of release, they still do not want this game any better. You are basically, just trying to make people pay to play with freemium, which for some people that hardly have an income can't just fork over income just so you can have income but I rather pay a donation to someone in need than to pay for broken game like it is now. Now way Jose am I paying a dime on this broken game.

There is a strict anti-tamper protection on Windows Store apps. Probably your AV thinks that it is some kind of a ransomware due to its "blocking the access to the filesystem" feature IMHO.

Ok ive fixed my not starting proble in a simple way
As i install from the eappx file that i downloaded all i needed to do was start the download in store, pause it after it downloads 2mb or so and then install the eappx via powershell

@bitter bluff i checked just now. until i run an ad in game, it runs just fine. As soon as i run an ad, the antivirus goes mad and resource usage goes max and it remains for the rest of in game session. so the conclusion is that we should restart the game after running ads

Windows + R . Run .. type regedit and enter... and then follow bellow.

on right you will see SystemResponsiveness double click and make a value date 0 and OK
and then go to

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Multimedia\SystemProfile\Tasks\Games
on right you will see
1 . GPU Priority make data Value 8 ok
2. Priority Value data 6 Ok

I'm being cheated by the game. I tried the event 3 times, crash before race each time, and now I have to wait 5 hours or so for the car to refuel before trying again. Where is this compensation mentioned. I know I've lost a lot of time pursuing this games' goals. At least if this game crashes, it should return the unused bits to their respective places. Please do something for the Players, or recommend other racing games, I'm sure there are others. Not just today, just got tired of not being able to play, but able to reload, reload, reload the game. My geas is. Youre team mates didnt aplyed the update yet. That can indeed give problems. 1st thing I did was put it in the chat that my team mates had to update the game to 1.7.400.2

Club Reward bug/issue … Black Dragon 13™ #2eaf is also having the problem with special event club rewards … we have a group of 4 players unable to claim rewards,which can not get past 4/5. We need a quick solution … players are thinking of leaving the club because of this problem.

Also make sure the new .NET upgrades installed. They came a day or 2 after the latest Win upgrade & for some reason on my PC, did not auto-install. I just happened to see that I had installs pending on Win.

it annoys me a bit because suddenly I guess the update is related to the multiplayer and I find myself racing against two or three competitors maximum so to raise the points of classification of clubs is complicated

I also had a pretty interesting bug because on a pack of 750 asphalt chips I ended up with three shots for the J50 when it was not one of the featured cars and I only had cards I already had and nothing more

#

I did not think to make a screen impression it's a shame otherwise I would have shown you

Desc. of the issue: No ads available. Cannot watch ads at all (gas refill, ticket refill or ad packs). The problem started just after the last update. Absolutely no ads available since 29 August, everything was fine before the update.
Already referred to CC, but they don't seem to be in a hurry to look further into this problem... (CC ticket No.: 18884625)

1.7.400.2 is the hotfix that fixed the random crashing from last update.

It came out 2-3 days ago.

Anyone having this issue ( Unable to update the game from store ) , will have to side load the update manually .
