Happens once i see no problem, but when this happens 2 times in less then a hour, then i see there must be some problem on Gameloft side. I have youtube open and playing background so my connection is OK.

Doesn't mean the issues is with Gameloft though. there can be dozens of links between your device & the game servers & at any of them there could be an issue occur. Who is your ISP?

My ISP is Telia if that say anything to you. Not my ISP fault too as i have very stable connection without any errors. I have 100/100Mbps connection. This error have been before but usually it's like one time in a week or maximum 1 time a day after like 40 plus race in the game.

As i wrote already that if this happens 1 time a day then i dont see it as a problem and soo it as happens. But 2 times in 30 minutes i see that there is a problem and i should complain about it

Hi. Today, I received my Aperta decal, but it looks blurred and edgy on my car. Looks fine for my club mates though. I tried picking High graphics profile, but decal still looks like a low-quality image layer on the car. My player ID: 2c66b

@stuck quarry youll have to turn down your graphics scale, thats the only solution. they only fixed this problem on mobile and not pc because you got custom graphics settings unlike on mobile

@cyan crescent First off......why???? The only way to do it is to contact Customer Care. They can do a permanent one time account migration. Once done, it cannot be reversed & your old account will be inaccessible on your old platform.

if its a low end, it'll load textures slowly if your memory clock speeds are low

#

if you have a gpu with gddr4 or lower, its gonna load really slowly

#

if you use a laptop and its integrated, that's all on your ram

#

however if you have a good gpu with gddr5/gddr6 and you experience this, might be the game limitations

#

but ofcourse there can be others such as your cpu, ram or hard drive

only solution is to upgrade your gpu, if you can

I can't actually get an image of it.
But the thing is, is that sometimes when i play a match, the game completely crashes. I'm not sure if it's with the game or my pc.
When the match starts and my game crashes i end up losing some fuel.

@stuck quarry You have to contact Customer Care to do a platform migration. It is a one time permanent transfer & it cannot be reversed. Once your account has been migrated to the new platform, your old account will no longer be accessible.

Windows A class elite event? No kicks for cheaters? When in windows top1% is so tiny in number (32 in total) you have to have clean LB...in top32 there are 5 at least cheaters....Can you plz kick at least the first 2 obvious ones? why me and other 4 guys have to lose 50token just because of some cheaters, and GL slow mechanics?Do something..!!

Well, i got an "urgent" issue.
I was playing Asphalt 9, got ascended to silver league, and when i was about to go to the main menu, ASPHALT 9 CRASHED INSTANTLY.
Does this affect to my league stats?

it requires you to type code into windows powershell to fix

I understand what the problem is.
If you put all the settings to a minimum your game will work.
I have tried various settings.
The problem is the part highlighted in the photo. If I try to raise the bar to MEDIUM, the game crashes.
I hope that GL will solve the problem soon, because I don't want to play with the settings to a minimum. I am not paid by GL to understand what the problem is, GL must think about solving it not me.

it happened to me too with advertising.
To solve it you have 2 possibilities.

The simplest is to click on the X and go back to looking at the ad. That way you should be able to see it. I know, it's not like before, but it works.
You must restart the game every time you watch an advertisement.

Just played mp, add another car to the list of those bouncing off and turning upside down. FXX K was doing great before, very stable. Now it went off the barrel roll and bounced off the road after landing. Instead of fixing the problem, it has been spread like a virus to other cars as well 😩

Hi. I have these issues after the recent update:

1- This message shows up, though I do have updated the game. When I hit "Not Now" I can run the game.

2- Game crashes a lot. Like 10 times in less than 5 minues.

3- All decals look edgy and blurred, like a low quality image (Both in garage and on the tracks)

I found the fix for the graphics display issue for those who faced it with the update. You need to lower your graphics to "very low", restart the game, then set it back to "high" (or whatever you desire) for the graphics to display as intended. Worked on both of my devices and many of my Team mates reported this fixed this issue.

Every time I open the game now, this opens & I have to go through the entire setup process again. I've cleared the game cache, reinstalled the game fresh & nothing works to keep this from opening every single time I open the game.

current update 1.7.3a bugs - found on windows

-game shows an update game screen upon launching, despite having the game updated on [FIXED] | workaround : simply press "not now", the game will work fine and you will obviously have all update 1.7.3a features.
[possible cause: gameloft accidentally released something like a test build that the game would detect and alert, despite the windows store not having any updates]

-constant crashing at start of races which seems to be dependent on the graphics settings | workaround: manually set the resolution scale to the lowest
[will not fix the problem but may decrease crashes]

-constant crashing on startup, even after reinstall
[no fix found yet]

-you can only watch an ad once before it'll say "sorry, no more ads available now" | workaround: close the page for ad packs/tle tickets and reopen it
[will not fix the problem but it will let you watch ads]

smaller bugs

-fuel indicators are cut off in the garage [no fix found yet]
-going into career, it will always throw you onto the start of chapter 1 [no fix found yet]
-small font on awards such as credits or tokens [no fix found yet]
-few cars missing options to apply decals, carbon or colors causing the annoying green ! not going away [no fix found yet]
-end of race event/career objectives update before the animation plays [no fix found yet]
