My game crashes when I pause it with my controller , when multiplayer is loading and when I play events ... how can I get compensation of the fuel that is wasted in such crashes and I play in full screen and my PC specs are neat as well...

personally id give up on the idea of getting compensated back for fuel loss i have this same issue but the crash when i pause only happened to me the first day ...now its just loading screen on events and mp races costing fuel / tickets/ rank lots on forums with same problem they usually get directed to customer service

Hey, we need someone at gameloft to REBALANCE the times for stuff like the LTEs
the cars go much slower in the game now, I get 5-6 sec slower time on each event I had done prior to the update, yet the times are the same on iOS/Android and W10 and the first two don't have the """balancing"""" nerf update

Drifting still makes the car lose too much speed, acceleration is still terrible if you don't have shockwave. Still there is literally no point to drift, but at least gamepaly is a mess now.

Agreed, the "rebalancing" they mentioned in the changelog on windows store basically changed the whole physics system in the game. Horrible acceleration for all vehicle and unnecessary speed loss when turning with nitro activated. The speed even drops 50-60% with a simple turn. Meanwhile Android and iOS players enjoy the original physics and get higher rewards for the same level of cars we have on Windows. Its now impossible to improve in terzo cup as the car accelerates like a snail. This is the most unfair update ever!

Before and After the update, you'd lose between 4-8 seconds on a lap (90' laps)
so basically if my time is 1:45min rn, it would have been enough to get C class and B class before the update
but gameloft didn't do extra effort to change the times accordingly on windows, instead we play with slower cars against the same times as other platforms
they also changed it MID-event. I cannot beat my time on the lambo event that lasts for !!9 more days
so basically anyone who plays now would get lower positions on the lambo event than the people who played before the patch

Cheaters! This is so annoying every time I have to win an event the game crashes so frequently that my fuel gets wasted and the limited B class car I have is gone for refuelling for 1 hr! See.. i have no problem if the game is crashing for some xyz reason and it's not just me and if crashes varies, then GL has to find a solution because it's not just me who is having this problem. I had no issues with A8 before with the same PC and other games then why only A9? That means there is some bug which is not been resolved by GL and if we lose something in game because of this then compensate for that. If they can't compensate then i don't find any difference between Hackers and GL, both are making the game unfair to play.
Yesterday i had 2 tickets left and 1 fuel left for 911 to complete the event and it was nearly 1:30 am and when i decided to finish the event, game crashed in the loading screen. Waste of time , Waste of my last hope (i.e. fuel and tickets) and no compensation!

See, it's not about the money where you'll be refunded and i know no Game developer do that for any in game score. Call of Duty won't give back your score if it crashes in between while playing in multiplayer. But, If the game crashes so frequently and if players are complaining then they have to fix it! From my A8 experience I can tell that gl had no idea how to combat cheating. Only thing they did is to mask and hide cheaters, also put red tape on people who complain. Basically they made cheating in a8 acceptable by the community through hard work, and shut down complains.

what's the deal with the game constantly disconnecting right when a match starts? it's causing me to lose gas charges, event tickets, and ranking. this is a major problem that needs to be addressed.
tbh that's the main problem with the game. there's a few other things that need adjusting but that one right there is bad. also suggest the wait time on refills and event tickets be lower. I know the devs need to make money, but those things should be changed. other stuff seems ok.

@real thunder Antialiasing in current Windows version is broken, flames and effects disappear if you use it, therefore it has been disabled for everyone. Wait for updates. Or force AA from your graphics's card's control panel, it might work, it works with nVidia.

Hey, I have a problem. I would want to set the graphics to the maximum, although when I change the slider to higher then low, it says device not compatible, and when I enable all settings in the advanced options, motion blur doesn't work correctly (cars are not really blurred, they are more like duplicated) and god rays quality and other things aren't to the highest, and I can't set resolution scale higher then 80%, so I have to modify all those things in the config file (located in: C:\Users\ericj\AppData\Local\Packages\A278AB0D.Asphalt9_h6adky7gbf63m\LocalState , in there, theres a config called GameOptions_saved.json which you can edit). I know I may have a Low End PC (Intel HD Graphics, Intel Celeron 1000M and 12GB RAM), but I can run it just fine at 30-40 fps. Why would devs add that message with "Device not compatible" or whatever it wrote? It doesn't matter if it can't run on high graphics, let players decide how they want to run the game. They may accept 30 fps on highest graphics such as me, you don't have to limit the graphics in order to always get 60 fps.

I don't know if you guys know this problem already, but Gameloft have blocked Anti-Aliasing because it causes some elements to not show on the game (eg. Shockwave), other than that, when Motion Blur is enabled the race track becomes extremely blurry

i think i have a little workaround for crashes. when you launched game wait around 20 secs game to fully start (connecting, verifying etc.) then go to race this way game will less likely to crash (i think)

had that problem also from time to time ( and with MP races ) (on windows) until i increased the virtual memory (manual ) to 16 gb (16392) , so far it's still working with close to 0 problems here

in configuration screen , go to system , then advanced settings , then in the next screen go to advanced , what opens a screen , select performance , and there settings (see picture ) and then again advanced , there you can set it to manual , and set it to the right amount
and before someone sais it , i know its a oldy lol ,but it still plays Final Fantasy XV on normal , and asphalt 9 on max settings π
