How long do you have to wait for new ads once you've looked at all the ads available?
I've had the waiting message for over 18 hours, should I wait 24 hours in total?
Yesterday I got 2 waves of several ads, but I had to wait only 4 or 5 hours between the 2 waves.

not exactly. all cars can have rare and common import parts applied, however, the rarer the car (blue/purple/yellow) the more import parts in general you'll need to max it

the common class D cars are also the only cars not to use epic import parts (eips)

contact customer care from both devices for transfers from mobile to pc or pc to mobile, otherwise if it's steam to Windows or the other way around you can generate a code from one platform and input it in the other.

if you do a platform transfer, you will permanently lose the progress on the old platform, but it will be fully transferred to the new one. it is a one-time, irreversible transfer.

I'll make it simpler for you:

Uncommon/blue imported parts cards have a different slot, which can be accessed on any star rating of the car, but need a certain stage of upgrade to access them.

Rare/purple imported parts cards have their own separate slot which can only be accessed when the car upgrade is at the final stages, which need the specific part in each class.

Hope it's helpful (btw, got to know about it when I got to the max level of DS car)

Because that's a Tuatara pack, not a Burst of Speed pack.

I know, it has alwasy been like this, they have some Burst of Speed packs and some "car specific" packs. You actually have to open the deal to check the packs, like you did.
You can see by the picture outside actually, on the Centodieci dealm you can see the BoS packs behind the car, on the Tuatara yo ucan see the Tuatara only.
I asked this question before, and got no answer, so, it is what is is.
If you're looking for BoS, you gotta look for the BoS packs. Just be careful.

It's happening with me too, resizing the game window helps to get into the race though, but you need to resize it on time to prevent extreme delays to start, just time it on when the loading icon smoothens

I'm astonished how does it happened for another time and how he's left without any support, even an answer form Customer Care. Last time, after three weeks, his account was successfully restored with apoligize.

I believe you can help him once again, as there is literally no reason for banning him. I completely don't understand how your system works as even now there are obvious cheaters in the top of some events leaderboards (for example: BoS F1LM/Huayra R).

I remember you have declared some time ago, that for you it's of the highest priority to prevent any innocent player to suffer from being banned rather than to increase the ratio of auto-banning the real cheaters. I fully agree with it and hope you still keep the word.

That is wrong! The correct mission is "4 perfect runs in a single special mission"! (english version) In german language: Mache 4 perfekte Rennen in einen spezial Event!

Guys, yesterday I transferred my Asphalt 9 account from Windows store to steam. It worked all well but the game is laggy. I mean, on the windows store version, the game was extremely smooth but on the steam version it is just not playable anymore tbh. Any fix?

try changing up your graphics settings, for a more optimal, yet still nice look, change graphics to medium/low, disable antialiasing (biggest performance hit), disable vsync, disable dof and motion blur (optional)

When entering a race {multiplayer} for no apparent reason the game disconnects, this happens every race,
I have checked my Wi-Fi connection at the time at it was at full bars and working perfectly,
In fact other games run whilst asphalt keeps crashing,

download the steam version, link your ms store account in settings > connect > transfer
by having both versions opened and see if it works, nothing too hard and not a major switch either cause you can always just go back onto the ms store version with no sync issues

just your keyboard, it's a device issue happened to me in other games. Happens when u click and let go of a key too fast. The keyboard doesn't register u letting go

this is a result of bad drivers or "system corruption" which pretty much means that you have to either reinstall drivers, reinstall the game or reinstall windows entirely

I have recently been seeing that my account has been seen abusing the game/cheating. I got a 14-day ban, but I have never cheated before or modded the game. I hard reset my computer because there was a trojan that got blocked and I didn't want leaked information, and it ended up taking a while due to the reset GUI being disabled, (maybe a hacker) and my Bitlocker being on. I have reviewed the Terms and Conditions and the prohibited activities, and have identified that I have not broken any rules or terms. I think I could have been caught in someone else’s abusive actions. Since I cannot be unbanned at this current time, can I get referred to someone who will take this further or be able to move my progress?

P.S. I have reinstalled Windows and my account won't log into Xbox or sign into my banned account from prior.

this isnt a game issue, this is an issue of you being tech illiterate and not understanding how computer hardware works

most things nowadays are gpu-accelerated, meaning when you run a heavy game on a bad gpu (like you in this case), other programs start suffering as too many gpu resources get used up

if you want it to not do that, upgrade your hardware or lower your graphics settings in asphalt 9 (i recommend setting it to low, disabling anti aliasing, disabling motion blur, disabling depth of field and maybe reflection). no other way around fixing this issue

We can't play ads since last Friday (no gaz refill, no ticket refill, no triple credits, etc...). Once decoded, the data value in the URL gives this: {"game":"A9WN","geoTargetIP":true}
So, based on the "geoTargetIp" parameter I guess this issue is encountered by a lot of players, not just me and the ones who have reported it in this thread...

I truly appreciate all the work you put into your designs and building such an awesome game for our peace of mind, escape and pleasure.

But, I have my reservations- Hiding the club tab/stats/clash under the chat tab is just poor ui/ux design if you ask me. This is stressful and not player friendly.

The showroom could have been placed as an extra tab not a replacement for the club tab. I have completely lost track of how I get involved in measuring club members performance and I almost missed clash.

I believe adding the the showroom as an extra tab and placing the club tab where it was before, is just a perfect player friendly design.

Matchmaking of clash is broken; How is it possible that a club with total garage of 590M, where almost no one has Maxed out cars of B class and higher and even no one has cars like the SSC Tuatara, La Voiture Noire, been matched with a club where a lot of players have Maxed out cars of most cars in the game or at least 6*; Even from cars that were very limited to get in the game; So I can't imagine that this club has a garage value under the 750M; Otherwise It would be weird that you can be matched with a club that's totally on another level and impossible to beat even if skills of one of the members are similar with other members; It would be nice to get a reaction or insight how this match is possible

car starring up isnt a new thing, its been part of the game since it came out. like zalky said, play more events to get more blueprints. more blueprints = star up, star up = new upgrades

I believe it's a simulator/emulator, but I am not sure how different it is from the ones we can get from Xbox or Microsoft Store. At least I am not having any issue except for watching ADs (which I can do on my Android, so not a huge issue).

Money runs need to be seriously revised. It doesn't make any sense the loss of credits just for hitting obstacles that are in the way, or for scratching the wall. I'd rather start with zero coins, and earn them during the race, by knocking AI cars and by doing maneuvers (barrels, 360's)... in the end, a panel would show how many KD's, barrels and 360's we've done and how much we've earned on that race.

I don’t think they will change it. It’s been like that since the first DS event. It’s still ridiculous touching a bush and losing 10 SC because of that ofc, but that’s how it works. The best way to get the highest amount is using TD since it makes it easier to KD AI and police 🧍‍♀️
