I guess it has nothing to do with game connection, so vpn might be a provisory solution. It most likely to be linked with cellphone models. I was using Samsung S10 and when it started closing I used ROG2; it worked for an hour then stopped working.

On MOTO G7, at the beginning the game was closing after the first loading screen, now it opens but when I try to play a race, it crashes with an error message.

Please limit ads while playing the game. It is very disturbing when I am choosing my next race in another interface, i mean while switching from career mode to event mode for next race, the ad comes up automatically. Also when I finish a race in career, while moving to another race the ad comes up again and again. Please set a limit for the ads. I mean, please reduce the view of these ads while increase these ads in daily refilling of tickets.

The AD issue has not been fixed. Like I mentioned above, me and 200+ of my friends and acquaintances (everyone is an LP owner) quit the game. I am not gonna tolerate such a disrespect to players. I am not gonna waste my time on this low-end exorbitantly priced P2W trash boring bugfest with inept underdevelopers and extremely inept low-performing management. Moreover, I got 3 24h bans within a week, considering the fact, I never cheated, always had been playing fair and hayloft had always been a criminal scam organization! At the same time, cheaters from China, India, Russia, Ukraine never got banned, although everyone knows they are cheating! Go to hell, hayloft!

Please fix the problem with ads before next car hunt and Android players deserve of at least 500 tokens compensation. 12 hours+ of crashing and 5 days and counting of disabling ads cost that much. In addition, the subscribing milestones in Halloween event is too far impossible. Lower the criteria next time, as for example 695k for 20 packs and 682k for 10 packs from the starting point of 691k. Everyone tried it hard but new players are apparently not increasing that much in only 2 weeks long to subscribe.

Found a rather impossible mission that requires a 🔑 to Ferrari 599XX Evolution.

There is no way one can complete the mission without getting the key especially for players whose in Tier-4 and 5 Grand Prix (ignore Tier 1 to 3).

Edit: I'm referring to 1st mission in Ferrari Experience Event not the Innovazione event.

@lucid pine I have an idea of where it may have come from. For some reason when I am on WiFi, when I watch an ad I don't get the prize. I have to switch to Mobile Data to get prizes from ads. But I prefer to normally use Wifi. So, whenever I watch an ad I switch to Mobile Data, then after getting the prize I switch back. Maybe some of the cheats use network switching, and I was automatically flagged because I watched too many ads recently?

After months trying to solve my lag and battery drain problem, without ANY solution, I'm here to report it. My device is an OnePlus 7 Pro and when I turn 60 FPS, I have several lags nearly every time my car flies or there are many objects, and my phone heats up to 46 degrees in minutes. I can provide screenshots and videos if any dev want. I know the """solution""" is going back to 30 FPS, but I don't see how a 855 phone can't handle the game without lags and an 845 S9 can.
