I play this game daily in High Graphics settings but there's not a single lag but i don't know why after unbreakable series starts and game become very laggy help me i can't play if it's not gonna fixed I'll never play the game again i don't like lags and device stats are very good please help me.. When? Where? How?: Stage 7 of SSC Tuatara Special Event. The lag while you're driving is so bad that the game crashes, the manual (tilt) controls does not work properly, the stage is unplayable and the game overheats my device. It is the first time that this issue happens. About the overheating issue, it started happening when the Lamborghini season started. I play with the default graphics and it still happens.

That is just a 'store'-- just like Apple's, Google's & Microsoft's. There is nothing different to the game if you get it from Huawei or Google -- exact same game. The issue with the ads was probably -- there was none available at the time you clicked on that function. Contact Customer Care about the accidental spending-- they might be able to do something for you.

wth???????? It should take you to the URL for Gameloft. Go to #👨💻-customer-care channel & click on the URL there directly. You might have a rogue app that hijacks web page switches. I had something similar on a PC one time. I click to open a news article in another tab or window & I get 50 new tabs/windows open of those junk sites that were nothing but spam, viruses, malware or adult sites.

Correct me if I'm wrong, I think 'watch ads' credit ads happens after x2 of racing and after that, no more.

What I meant is that, after racing for x2, the credit ads stopped showing (ad limit: 2).

I wish we could have a toggel to use lower resolution (as in 30fps) to enhance performance.

And also, I seems to be bombarded with constant credits ads despite that I had already watched the credit ads for x2.

If I'm correct, credit ads has a limit of 2 and after that, it resets for 24-hrs (same to Ad Pack).

I have a feeling that there's a bug going on regarding credit ads shown after x2 of watching but nonetheless, hope it gets fixed in the next update, though.

The ads system is still a broken mess. It's frustrating because I can't complete the countless conditions of the SE with SSC with just 3 fuel cells that take ages to refill. Do something about this terrible piece of software (the ads system) made by bunch of incompetent programmers from your company.

Please revert the changed after-race "WATCH AD" green box display back to a maximum of two times after it is watched once each time after two races.

The problem is the change over a week ago has the ad box displayed after every race regardless of how many times it is watched. It also adds an unnecessary annoying delay to the game after each race as the ad box display is shown.

It is better without any ad boxes being displayed after every race, as it keeps the gameplay flowing smoother and more enjoyable when playing many races in a row.

Nerfed graphics after the update. No blur effects, no God light, no water splashes, no depth effects, game clocked at 1080p. Laggy high graphics settings, no shiny roads, no smoothening. The main menu loads VERY SLOWLY (over 12 seconds) after each race now. This is a deal breaker. There is no reason why this menu loaded much faster before and much slower now. Fix it as soon as possible.

let's be real Asphalt 9 looks way too good for most of our phones to handle, they should tone down graphical effects more than ever, and stop resource streaming that makes the game lag even more

At least the devs should let us know if they are going to fix the performance issues of this update or they will keep the game like that. Because in the second scenario they force me and many others to give up playing A9. At very least they should fix that slow menu loading after every race. It ruins the game experience.

@buoyant patrol I think main problem is based in cases like this, game wasnt proved for failure in tons of new models that apparently got the new 60fps option, so every processor doesn't work the same with a high config, so they have noticed tons of crash and problem and they stopped the launch for every brand, only few Xiaomi, Huawei and Samsung (through Galaxy Store) got the update

If it overheats then it loses some performance
But if the device its ok and you realise massive framedrops (15fps-20fps) then something gameloft done else except from adding 60Fps option

Well you have royally messed up this time Asphalt 9: Legends.  Not only does the game take forever to sync,  it is pretty much unplayable in multiplayer or in tle.

After the update my phone (oneplus 8 pro) got 60 fps, but the game became massively unstable. It frequently crashes, has huge framedrops, long loading screens and so on and I see that I'm not the only one. Please optimize it, because it's just frustrating.

This update makes earning money via dailies close to impossible. The changes to the security vehicles by making their speed x+n where x is how fast the player is going, including entering into shockwave right behind them, to not only have them out accelerate your new boosted speed, only to have them show down right in front of you bringing you to an almost stop is ridiculous. The amount of fuel used to successfully earn the coins almost depletes your fuel if not depletes it entirely without a successful run. On higher end cars this means waiting 4 hours or spending real money to refuel. There are better ways to get people to want to spend money. This tactic isn't one of them. It just means less people use this means to earn coins. As pointed out, fuel is an important mechanic. Without fuel we can't race in other events. More and more this is starting to be a pay to play game. I'm not the only one who feels this way. Stop punishing us for trying to earn non premium currency.

In this new update:

1. Game crashed often when starting the race (3,2,1 and crashed). This happened before the previous update and previous update fixed that, but this bug is happened again.
2. Remember the bug where touch players can't touch side of the screen (to fire nitro and steer left/right)? It coming back.
3. I don't know to say this but sometimes the game is not responsive to touch. The gameplay is locked until you lock the phone and unlock it back but you will be on last position in multiplayer race. This also happened before the previous update and previous update fixed it but now in this update it is coming back.

No chance with over a hundred cop cars.  Even when you shockwave them they can slow you down to a stop , or their vehicle stays with you for far too long after you knockdown than they used to. Add in the shockingly useless car, then you might aswell just turn around and race in the wrong direction right back to another game that is worthy of your time to play it.

You give us a bribe of 1k tokens and card packs to cover yourselves for a shocking few weeks of poor development work. Plus the ineptitude to repair a failed update. I don't think giving 10k in tokens would cut it. Unable to play multiplayer regularly enough to gain those rewards, normally I would have completed the 30k by now, I am struggling to reach 10k!!

You ask us to bare with you whilst you try the hot fix etc for another week, whilst in the meantime hackers are ruining multiplayer gameplay in every race.... making multiplayer unplayable for honest players.

Time limited events with league tables for best times are ruined by hackers which in turn destroying anyone's chance at seeing correct prizes going to the best honest players.  Not worth playing

Grandprix ruined yet again by hackers, many honest players either losing out playing or 300 tokens to buy in. This still won't help them beat a hacker though.

The game is chopped up after a graphics update at some point in the Default graphics settings and a lot in the High Quality settings. And I have a bad connection to the server regardless of the quality of my connection, both WiFi and 4G.
The girlfriend has a PHONE: Huawei nova 3 (PAR - LX1) EU distribution, KIRIN 970, 4GB RAM. The phone has High quality graphics set and the phone does not hang. Her phone has nicer graphics and the game runs smoothly with occasional jams. Please repair on my device BKL - L09.
Why not make the default graphics settings according to your phone's preferences? Please adjust the graphic details, edge smoothing, textures, and Fps to any setting with the warning that it is at your own risk.

my samsung galaxy s8 handles this game pretty good, except the fact after 5 minutes it heats up to 45+ degrees and frame drops to 10~15. my ipad mini isn't having any kind of issues like that.

Android is still facing previous issues after the fix, only good outcome was the loading screen issue, the lags, frame drops and crashing is still there

Crashes are still there in this hotfix as well, load times are much better even though it was 5-7 seconds for me earlier but now load times are 1 sec only so kudos to that

For the people with a Samsung phone or tablet having problems with random crashes: download and play the game from the samsung galaxy store. It's still stable for me there (while it's crashing with the play store version)

The hotfix update only fix a couple issues that were present like the long load time and reduced graphics. Though still the crashing has been reduced but not at acceptable rate. Before the in update I crashed maybe 1 to 2 hours between.

Issue: Graphics not fixed. Default looks like performance and High looks like Default settings. Return the graphics to how they were before the British season. My phone can run any game with Max Graphics and 60fps, so I'd expect this game to be run at Max graphics and 30fps constant. There are plenty of gameplays recorded in my channel at default settings, you can check them out if you want proof (though i highly doubt you'll even take a look)

I hope you'll roll out one final hotfix to actually "fix" Everything. @sturdy grail

it's amazing how GL does things. Makes a lot of patch updates to fix bugs, but in the end always forget about one or the other, like the game closing after 2 or 3 runs. I've been complaining about it since you launched the British update, but it seems that because I was the only one complaining about it, you are not even paying attention. So please, fix this damn bug in the game to keep closing! Do the job with more responsibility, for God's sake!
