if you delete and re-download it plays the opening scene and gives you 20bps for the evo and if you then are logged into google you get the options to "merge" the accounts bacically by deleting and re-downloading you get infinite

This error started happening before yesterday, and it used to happen only every so often, but now it's happening every single time I press the "watch ad" button. I don't currently know if it affects anything other than fuel refilling ads, which is where I started getting this error. The big issue with this is that it also counts as if I had watched an ad, without giving me any fuel but still getting me closer to the daily limit of ads I can watch. There seems to be a bug in the game where I cannot race with my club that 120" rome map. I used a Porshe 918 Spyder and when we launch the game, it keeps crashing specifically on that Rome map. All others are fine.

I use a Samsung Galaxy S10 if that helps. Thanks.

I have a concern about how my device performs while playing this game. I have 60fps support and have it enabled, I used best performance settings to truly experience 60 fps, but I can't seem to get it. But when I chose Best Quality settings, I can get 60fps easily, why? It runs better in Best Quality instead of Best Performance.

@sturdy grail I think the issue with touch is that when we touch on the mini map area on the left of the screen, the game does not register it as a touch. I’ve verified this many times. Hence, the tap to steer players cannot turn left and tilt players cannot break. Please get it fixed

Game stuck on the Gameloft logo when I try to open it. I have to close it and reopen it many times to get it to get past that stage
Severe lagging in multiplayer and a noticeable decrease in fps in all races
Tap to steer is buggy due to the minimap and emoticons
Game crashing before each race 1 in 2 times. I lost over 500 points in Bailey mp due to these crashes. I would have easily been in master league but I am stuck in elite league due to these annoying crashes.
Game is a RAM sucker. When I exit the game and open another application for a few seconds and go back to the game, it reloads. This never happened before. This issue started happening a few weeks ago. Before it wasn't like this at all.
Please fix these problems ASAP in a hotfix in the next few days. It is very frustrating for us android players. You have never officially adressed these issues either. Please tell us what you are doing to solve these problems and when we can expect a hotfix.

@onyx wraith if you want to turn left you need to tap near the minimap, not on it, you can tap on the right side of nitro and break buttons. Now it's only the way to play if you are tap to steer player. Good luck

My game crashes when I play with my phone's default resolution (1080p) and runs a bit slow, and I have to change my whole phone's resolution to 720p for those crashes and low framerates to stop. My phone's a Moto G5s Plus, has android 8.1.0 and my ID's 31204. On a side note, it would be cool if we could modify the in-game resolution in the graphical options just so those issues can be fixed without interfering with my phone's resolution.

Having issues with controller inputs on Android. Sometimes cars wont turn even with the joystick. I use the same exact controller on my Switch and I don't have these issues with inputs on this game so definitely not the controller. This was on a Galaxy S7 using a wired Switch controller.

Under current knockdown rules, I should not test drive my 4* Sc18 in multiplayer races. Because due to the 4* car's insufficient acceleration, I'm very likely to be knockdowned by invincible SW in first 30 seconds.
I'm not saying that you should nerf Hurracan or Corvette and buff Sc18.
My point is due to invincible SW knockdowns, I feel like now there's limit to choose which car should you use in multiplayer races.
I stopped using my 5* Huayra and 6* Evija in classic races because most of the time I get knockdowned by SW of opponent's maxed out Hurracan or Huayra in first 30 seconds-which make me feel very weird and furious because sometimes I get to win the opponents by some seconds when I'm not knockdowned by SW
Under current knockdown rules, now the race is less about good cars and driving skills, it is more about who got a car with more accelation and nitros.

This new KD system harms old players and new alike. Old players have to unlearn the way they used to play and relearn to adapt to the changes. New players are discouraged from participating since they get KD left and right.

Not really something like a bug or smth but I believe this needs daylight even if it is already broadly discussed:

I own one of the current fastest flagship phones there is. And I know for a fact that my OnePlus 8 Pro can run this game jn 60 fps without any trouble. As seen that some recent Samsung phones and other brand's flagships have an option to enable 60fps. I highly suggest, in the name of the community to enable 60fps on a bigger range of smartphones. My parents both own a Samsung Galaxy S9+. They do have a 60fps toggle but I have seen that their phones can not maintain a stable 60fps, but mine can.

The community needs a 60fps toggle on more devices, there are many flagships faster than the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra which do not have this!

I just had a really weird experience on Asphalt Jungle MP.
the map was Reach for the sky and my car was Rimac.
I got knockdowned before the first jump, where the Blue nitro on the left side and deceleration zone on the right side. Right after I was knockdowned, suddenly my screen went black, no nitro bar, no speedometer, no nitro or drift button. I got so frightened, I was just randomly pressing where nitro and drift button were.
Then, like 2 seconds after that, I realized there's still a mini map showing where my location is, and I realized I was at left side of two-way road, right before where the tunnel is.
And I realized that I was way far ahead of opponents, since the orange dot on the mini map was far behind me.
At the race I was touch driving, so I could finish the race in 1st place.
When I checked the replay video, the video was just black right after I got knockdowned.
I think there's a bug in Reach for the Sky in Jungle MP.
I hope you guys fix it to make a better game!😃
edit: I was panicking at the time so my memory might not be accurate. @toxic anvil 's screen capture is very similar to what I have experienced and it has speedometer and nitro bar on the screen.

There seems to be huge issues in A9 game on android. Many many players are not receiving club reputation points.... there seems to be issues with maps blacking out, players are being knocked down or crashed when nobody is close to them , the latency and glitches are happening pretty much on every map and many more problems.
It is as if you have been attacked on a large scale by hackers....... oh wait this already happens in gameplay. Maybe you have been hacked in a darker more criminal manor now affecting the company itself..... like they say, what goes around comes around.
If you leave a door open long enough you will be robbed...... just saying

Ok. It's yet another programming fault. If you haven't restarted the game after the new season started, your rep will not be calculated or included in the club rep. Nice one GL!
