When will these good people STOP using automated software to make multiplayer races while they are away?
Is it possible to know? How can I stay in top 1000 if I go to sleep and their apps keep playing without stop?
Doc & Afiq have a video showing and explaining this automated software. It uses lua script, or some basic Javascript to make game run fully automatic. Drives, choose car, make the race through the normal touch drive way (FYI this is 100% touch drive fault) but with a manual they wouldn't have how to do it.

In what way, isn't this some kind of CHEATING going on? What difference is there between people who automate the game and those who use speed hacks and etc to be faster at the game?

Still having problems with the game closing mid-race. Not only does it waste fuel, it wastes my first place and the points we race for. Definitely not a RAM issue, phone has 8GB, just poor programming (colour me surprised).
Of course there will be no response from GL, no response to my earlier report either. I can only hope that at some point GL will consider sorting technical problems and not just dream up new ways to monetize the game.

I've been having this issue since the past two or three updates, where the drift button stops working, using touchdrive. I'll press and hold the brake button, but nothing happens, so I don't get to drift. I have to lift my finger, and then try again, then it works. It's very random, and intermittent, and on different tracks, so I can't pinpoint exactly how it happens. Also, I am definitely pressing the brake button, because my finger will cover the full brake icon, so I know that I'm not pressing in the wrong place.
I'm using a Huawei P30 Lite, on EMUI 9.1, using performance mode.

It's been more than a year since i have got 15bp jackpot from 750 tokens pack, the last time i got it was from egoista packs in 2018 when egoista was unleashed in the game.

More notable devices are within the range like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Both Exynos and Snapdragon models), Galaxy S4 (Again both the Exynos and Snapdragon models), OnePlus X, even newer phones like the A10e (which is way Faster the worst phone that can run this game) can't even download the game, or being able to download but will crash before gameplay, and this is a big issue as if you are able to fix this, many, many more people can enjoy the game on their older devices even if it lags or looks really really bad

1. On the very last race (Race 10 - Windmills, Scotland) of the career season 'Gearheads', the goals are unachievable due to the AI. This is likely a rare case, as playing the game itself isn't a problem. The AI tends to go unexplainably fast (off the mini-map) at first, and the player later gets disqualified.
   • This may be the case for other career races as well, once unlocked.

2. The app crashes frequently for the player. The internet connection is fine, and so is the device. The device is: Moto G5S Plus, running either Android 7.1 or 8.1.

@vital radish well... It never happened while I was racing, but every time I just load up the track, it will do that throughout the race preview. Then again, it may vary per device, but on mine, by the time I hit the countdown of 3, then everything instantly loads up.

If you are using powerful devices, it usually means that your default setting is already equal to the highest settings available in the game, and therefore high graphics settings are missing.

I'm having a serious issue with my low-end device.
Besides the games gets a little bit more laggy every single time it's updated, I'm having a lot of framedrops lately, but the thing is that when I get a framedrop, after it happens, the screen gets stuck turning at one side. track that usually causes crashed is Shanghai-Nanjing stroll (there are more tracks that had crashed but I couldn't replicated like this one). I think Rimac patch had introduced these crashes because I didn't experience any before. I've tested with and without recording app and it still crashes at that specific spot.
I've cleared both Data and Caches. issues are still there.

So let's get this straight, not a peep from anyone at gameloft since the 23rd of December 2019 when someone finally acknowledged the server 3 problem. Server 3 in which we were all told was fine and it was our own connectivity that was the problem.
Now it's gone into meltdown where it's a lottery if you get an mp1/2/3 race..... if you do get into a lobby, how long before connection kicks you out, can you complete the race and do you actually recieve the correct rewards points?
I have noticed that all the bot users are happily moving up the leader board.... out of the top 100, I can honestly only count 22 players who haven't used a bot or haven't hacked/rooted thier way into this high level.....
To top it off, Gameloft customer support is down... it won't connect nor is there server responsive.
This is a game service where financial costs to customers matter. Why has there not been any statement from company explaining issues and why isn't mp1/2/3 suspended until a solution to the now worldwide problem is fixed?

Oh, that because the limitation that been set to your phone Gpu by the game(GPU:Responsible for giving the power for graphical games or apps to work), and if it was working on the older versions, then try to clear cache for a glimmer of hope at least, if it didn't, then they limited it for some reason,

Sometimes when you get the opening cinematic for a race the map doesn't load and it's just the cars standing on an empty dark gray background, fixes itself in half a second, haven't been able to take a Screenshot yet. Can something be done concerning the Osaka tracks in multiplayer not displaying proper car placement for players naniwa track is horrid concerning such and it isn't now and then but every single time the track comes up which Osaka tracks appear 1 out of every 3 multiplayer races basically since you (Gameloft, Greedloft) have forgotten that other tracks do exist. Anyways it's rather frustrating when it shows you in 5th position yet you only see the player's in 1st and 2nd and while you are racing the person showing in 2nd position a player kd's you that doesn't even show on the course/track. And I already know I'm not the only one experiencing such from the Osaka tracks in multiplayer so can this be looked into and corrected, thank you!

@vital radish Send the request from the device you are currently on. doing that should autofill some of the information about you & your device. there is no specific option in any of the drop downs for account migration, so just keep choosing Other when possible for that. then in the remarks box that's where you go into detail to let CC know what you are requesting Account migration from Android to Windows Once you get a reply from CC, they will have an email with instructions to follow step-by-step. you will need to create a new account on Win & send that ID to CC at one step in the process. then CC will send a final email advising that migration is complete, your Android account has been reset & deleted, etc, etc, etc.

I borrowed my friends Motorola One Power and looks like it has the same problem. I managed to login pretty easily on my Pixel and Xiaomi, might check how this happens only on Motorola devices. Maybe an Android emutator would help. For now I have no clue what could be causing this.

Use an emulator until they fix this issue then. It's not against the rules if you don't use any kind of cheat @inland hearth.

Either emulators or devices with some tweaks can edit many important files. @cerulean canyon.

You'd risk yourself getting banned nevertheless because emulators may modify GL files without the person doing anything. I don't recommend it. In the meantime providing your device model and stuff may help the devs resolve your issue.

For some reason, Malaysian players are also having this issue. Try using a VPN and connect to Canada, Europe or Philippines. @dusk hemlock
In my case, I only had to wait a few minutes until the Error 2 went away.

Server does not conflict on Moto E6 (on WiFi connections; mobile connections could not be tested). However, Moto G7 Power is still affected on both connection types: Error 2
