@verbal gust both platforms must be on same game version for the migration to be possible. If one platform is behind, the migration cannot take place until that platform is upgraded. It can take time for a migration from one platform to another to be completed. Stay in contact with CC so they can get it done as timely as possible.

Egoista day 4 is totally unplayable on android with touch drive. Every single race AI is pushing me off the cliff coming out of the cave to a longer path that takes more time and with 4* VLF cant get these second pack time cause of that. AI is everywhere too aggressive plus the game lag on SD636 with 3GB ram too much too. Year ago the game run on low settings very ok. Now it's just garbage

This is like a slap in the face. I asked CC to transfer my account from Android to Windows since April. Not once but at least 4 different times. Back then it was possible. Now they're telling me it's not possible. How come they couldn't find a few minutes to do a one way process? It's the same game, just do a few adjustments and move the data. Make the customers happy, don't find excuses. You had MONTHS to do your job, you incompetent CC employees!! ๐ก
So, could any GL representative help me to move that account? Erase the MP progress, erase the SE progress, I don't care, just move that account so I can play normally instead using emulators (Bluestacks is trash). Come on, it's just a one way process. The last ticket id is 18702515. If my issue is not solved, I seriously consider uninstalling the game forever. I already advanced a lot in the current profile to even consider starting again from zero on Windows.

@mortal bronze Short answer--- learn to drive. Long answer--- go into settings & change sensitivity controls so you're not turning a hard left or right straight into a wall as soon as the race starts. Practice in non-point races (like career) so you don't mess up your points in MP.

My reflex times are a bit slow now, so manual in a game this fast isn't good for me so I use TD most of the time.

Everything is kept normal. If your bluestacks stop working when playing asphalt 9 you need a better computer.

@tropic thorn that issue is common with BlueStacks. It is very unreliable for playing A9 on. I even have issues with my Dell 660 sometimes with BlueStacks.

Alright what is up gameloft? Whenever i start a race in anything class c or higher it always has me losing complete control and constantly crashing, the only thing that works is touchdrive which I HATE using, I would love it if you could please fix it.

The graphics are really bad on my Huawei P30 Lite, especially since the EMUI 9.1 update, but the latest update has made the graphics even worse!
I can't play like this, so just excuse the driving. Even the numbers on the AI cars are flickering, the lights all flicker horribly, and the gameplay is jittery and laggy! This is on default settings, and I've even tried reinstalling the game, to no avail.

Please, make optimisations for Android phones. Asphalt 9 is available for almost all the Android phones with 2/3/4 and more GB ram, but phones with 2/3/4 GB RAM lags so much, it's imposible to play. It's only can be playable making modifies on GLTools, but not all users can root their devices. Maybe, you can auto-put graphics for each devices, or make option graphics like on Windows 10.

There is a new problem with lagging
When the game laggs alot (or get a long framedrop) it does effect the responsibility time of the buttons too(in tap to steer manual mode) that make the buttons not respond as fast as we tap on it, and that results in........
Well anyone can know it.

The game lag is soo horrible that I have to make A9 the only app open to play a non laggy game. Also the break button is not respond properly as I need to tap twice for the car to brake which is makes it hard when I'm taking risky speed tricks even more risky because I would need to break much earlier to avoid wrecking

Game got many bugs, Sometimes my touch doesnt work at all in mp, Plus sometimes it freezes for 10 secs and then continues making me last in line, it happens in like 1 out of 15 races and sometimes the game just crashes. Please fix this.

About the claiming problem: my clubmate couldn't claim the reward in the Senna event but he realized that if other clubmates that couldn't claim the reward too, play the event and accomplish the conditions, then the game let them claim the reward. For example: 15 players don't have the problem but 5 do. If those 5 players accomplish the conditions only then, they can claim the reward. Idk if I'm explaining it properly, English it's not my first language. I hope it helps.

In the "How are my mates doing?" section of the SE, look after your clubmates that don't have any blueprints, those players have to accomplish the condition in order to claim the reward.
