And to add onto the detailed stats for ad viewing sessions, some ads soft-lock all inputs to the game, making it impossible to view logs for that said session.
Waiting it out will never work, it was dead for good and havr to force restart the game

Android runs programs much different than iOS, to keep the system running apps on the background for quick switching, some resources are sacrificed for A9 to run smoothly. iOS handles resources so drastically different and well-defined, it can do so much Android can't

If there's one thing I really hate it's HDR, A9 can have a simple brightening of its surroundings and drop post-processing entirely, I bet it'll able to run 30fps consistently, if not maybe reach 60

To be fair, I absolutely love the subtle coloring shifts in its post-processing, one part of the Carribean just before the cave jump part into the beach, closest to the volcano: if you take that route, the colors will desaturate heavily but shorty for a sense of dread just before falling back on lower ground

I use Honor 8 4GB/32GB and it plays the game flawlessly at high graphic settings.
Like previously done I want to ask some things very seriously.
(Where I say Android, it means the whole Android platform and where I say my device it means that thing happens with my device in particular or maybe some other devices too)

1. I have seen that motion blur effect on windows and iOS devices but it is absent on Android. Why?

2. Lights (like car's headlights, taillights and nitro and rims of Terzo Millennio) looked very bright and beautiful on high graphics on my device before this update (or maybe the previous one) but now they're so dull and less saturated. Why?

3. Why the sun's rays (maybe called God rays by some people) don't look that good on Android in tracks like Cairo, Scotland and Himalayas.

4. Why my device doesn't show water droplets on the screen even on high graphics.

5. There is a Bokeh effect in garage on iOS and windows but it is absent on Android even on high graphics. Why?

6. I don't get streams near my car (similar to those in A8) when in air even at high graphics. Why?

And there are numerous little-little things (effects) that are not present on Android as compared to iOS and windows.
And some of these little effects ain't present on my device even on high quality.

Please can any Dev answer this?

I'm pretty new. Been playing for a couple of weeks, but the last two days i get disconnects on every race. Any solutions? Connection is fine. Have restarted multiple times.

However, there is an ongoing issue that finished event could still pop-up with "To Claim" even after it was claimed.

The matchmaking is so broken. In rush series i got 2-3 player lobbies back to back for like 20 races straight while the players around my rank(top 10) get full 8 player lobbies. Its impossible to catch them because of this faulty matchmaking system. Please fix this. I get matched with 1-2 players while they gain 36 points on a full 8 player lobby. Its unfair. There cant be just 1-2 players playing at the same time all around the world!

Issue - The game opens up smoothly but as soon as i start race, my game starts crashing. At the beginning of the race , until the timer counts to "2''my game works perfectly but after that my game freezes and closes itself and opens up the last app i opened. @keen prairie try to change the graphics or visual quality in the settings? Sometimes reinstalling the game fixes that problem, I haven’t had it but one time I couldn’t even open the daily events tab without it freezing and closing. Reinstalling the game fixed it.

I found that the game has stillnot well fitted into 19:9 screens . my device is 6.22 inch and when i try to hit the settings button, the shop buttons get clicked. So i have to click i little more right for the settings button to take actions

O jogo já é cheio de falhas e hacks, além de premiações fracas e ridiculas e ainda aprontam mais essa.

Sinceramente, talvez essa seja minha última temporada. Desanimando legal. O jogo toma muito tempo útil e não tem compensado como diversão.

• Chapter 2: American Blaze: Level 12. - ALWAYS at this corner, in the same spot. Tried sticking left and right of road, does not help.
• Sound of engine pinned at max playing alongside main engine noise (sounds like a vacuum cleaner)
• Happens with all cars I've tried it with. Changing volume sliders ingame (in the hopes it fixes the audio noise) and restarting device does not help. Have not tried reinstalling yet.

Hi i keep getting disconnected despite playing with a stable 4G network. The game disconnects every time i play multi-player races. I am not interested in much details. In the contrary of what you said, whatever you guys did, didn't pay off very well. This needs a very-long-term, if not permanent, solution which is still not there, as everyone can see.

@vital radish fine, detecting hackers is a complex task when they are using scripts and modded files and stuff, but let me inform you majority of cheaters on Android use just a modded version of the game. I know it because I have encountered them, I left py previous team because they started using modded apks and even after reporting them multiple times, they weren't banned and I can still see them taking top 100 spots on the LBs even when they are TD players. Majority of hacks we see in the game especially the "acceleration" hack is obtainable just by downloading and installing a modded apk file of the game, just like that. You guys don't even have the resources to track down the sources of these apk files and develop tools which can detect them later on? Keep on doing your work of removing cheaters from the top positions by manually checking the LBs, but do more research on modded apk issue. Majority of cheaters aren't that informative to do physics frequency and script hacks, but they are informative enough to install modded apks it's incredibly easy.
And for your information, cheaters don't only constitute the top positions on the LBs, I have seen cheaters with modded apks who intentionally slow down their cars to not pop up on absolute top of the LBs, they do it to stay away from your manual checking of the LBs and they succeed.
You need to find the sources of modded apks and block them or develop auto-detect tools for them.

Can't you develop a tool that can detect if the app was installed from Google Play and if the files have been modified? How about encrypting the game files and installing a tool in the core app that only allows the encrypted version to be played? It's technical and you guys are responsible for choosing which way to adopt. We will be here waiting to have the fair environment, unless it's too late and the decision to quit has been taken.

That's also a nice way to get your account blocked by Gameloft. Transferring files like that may show as NOT coming from a licensed 3rd party (like Google Play Store) & you could have your account banned. What is the problem with doing it CORRECTLY and just download from Play Store? So it's going to take a bit longer to download onto the device...... but at least the game algorithms will recognize those files as coming from an approved source & not possibly ban your account as being a hacked game.

So if the game will allow me to choose lower setting or graphics configuration lagging will be less and I may reach near 30PFS experience
I guess all of this info should be enough to convince you guys that I know how to use my phone(no pun intended)

Ok. My game keeps on gitching/crashing on me. It didn't really bother me up till now. Basically, when my game crashes, i reset the app. (go out then back in) But now, when i went back in to do some daily challenges, my game froze twice and crashed. people who are blindly believing on gameloft and who replied to me that redmi note 7 pro which has snapdragon 675 chipset and not a 800 series chipset wont support 60fps and all the fx which comes on 800 series phone or i phones...trust me,you guys are getting seriously fooled by gameloft....redmi note 7 pro is easily able to handle 60fps at the highest graphics settings with all fx enabled surprisingly without any lag or phone heating up......so,its just gameloft and asphalt developers who want to earn more money from enabling all the fx on i phones and devices which have snapdragon 800 series or high price phones...its really sad to know this truth....i feel really cheated by gameloft that instead of letting users have the liberty to choose wht fps they wsnt,what fx they want..they lock it manually just by processor series and not by seeing that how much the processor is capable of....its really very sad......if any developer is here from Asphalt 9...feel shameful that i know the truth now
