@spark ginkgo In the game settings, you'll find a customer care tab. You can check Gameloft's official website as well, and search for it also. From there, you'll need to follow the specified instructions regarding account transfer. Here are some things to keep in mind:
- The transfer is a one-time decision.
- Once your data has been transferred, there's no going back. It'll be deleted from your old device.
- On your new device, the progress should be exactly where you left off.
- It may take a few weeks, or possibly less, for customer care to get back to you.
- The transfer may or may not be available now, as updates need to be in sync.
- Currently, transfers are only available for iOS, Android and Windows. Nintendo Switch has no announcement on transferring progress yet, or if they will decide to.
- Gameloft's terms and policies regarding this matter are subject to change at anytime.

Connection issues help. Intermittent (sometimes 4-5x in a row) could not connect to server and red screen during races.

Any word on what’s going on with frame rate fix? Also out of curiosity is there a custom thumbstick adjustment in the making? Thumbstick is nowhere near as agile as tilt even at the same sensitivity. I don’t mind practicing but I’m 10-15% lower than those on Windows and speed loss seems increased even with d pad taps.

Drop rates on epic parts for the trion/egoista events need to be look at. Combined, I have gotten 1 epic part over the last four times the events have been run. Trade token prices are too high and epic imports and other imports conversion price is too low. Don’t expect it to change. Gameloft want you to grind away and watch ads. There idea of game longevity involves annoyance. I can live with it but I don’t like it

When you get >2 bps of the same car in one race the bp will be combined to show the total number of bps
eg. you get 2 rezvani bps in one race and have 4 bps beforehand
In this update the bar would show 4+2=6 for both packs instead of 4+1 for the first pack then 5+1 for the second pack
Thus,you do not lose any bps,it's just intentional game design

Landed a lot, but maybe is iOS issue where iOS players think it's "dirty" to use a feature of the game that we learn in the Tutorial, have KD Camera. What the absolute £&$@ is going on in elite S. Every single run destroyed by the AI. Doesn’t matter if it’s a good or bad lap. They mess up the start. After the 2nd tunnel. Around the bend after the jump. What on earth is this. 4 star Chiron and 9/10 runs are messed up.

@naive sky yes i have this issue too. my guess is it has something to do with the lags/fps drops as the input seems to not register during the skipped frames
its very annoying and sometimes unplayable which destroys my races. sometimes the brakes/nitro don’t fire when tapped and i end up messing up by going out of line or ruin the speed by driving on grass or whatever. And sometimes the car don’t turn as i intended and miss the apex

Does the same thing with controller on thumbstick, dpad, brake, and nitro. They keep tweaking stuff and don’t acknowledge what they do at all. Notice how funny ramps act now. Random somersaults and junk from taking a ramp regularly.

i’m using tilt to steer by the way but issue is the same. sometimes the car doesn’t turn when i take sharp turns and sometimes it does when i think it won’t. its so unpredictable 😑

Bad luck protection is nonsense because every SE has one car that has notoriously bad drop rates. Explain that? What happened to the gaming industry? Server issues will always plague the game. I don’t think gameloft appreciate just how. Ad it is. While some of the blame is with the player there should be better handling of it by gameloft.
Random respawns are a constant bug bear of mine. They make no sense most of the time.
In addition on tunnel jam they need to remove the invisible wall on the barrel when exiting the bridge. Why it still exists is beyond me

It’s been now more than 4 days since I last logged in to asphalt 9. I know only one more player with the same issue. We both use the same network provider and live in the same country . We tried using another network provider and the game works perfectly. I’ve contacted my network provider and there’s nothing they can do about it.. I’m still waiting for an answer from gameloft customer care. It’s the second time this happens. A month ago we were unable to play for more than 2 weeks. I’m about to give up now

i didnt mind the lag that much cuz when i played a9 in my ip6, i had lags since update 3 and crashes came by on careebs update, becoming more frequent update after update but not jst that. Even ios software updates are a problem. Even these ones make the same problem, charge the phone more. Everything becomes heavier after each update, nvm what they say, optimized, fixed bugs.

Lower down the graphics on iphone 7 to look like they do on the SE, SEs graphics still look good but it misses out on a few lighting effects which are present in the 7, the problem is the 7 obviously has better specs than SE (a10 bionic compared to a9 bionic) but weirdly the game runs better and still looks as good with motion blur and other effects on the SE and not on the 7, i compared the game side by side and spotted the differences, SE misses out on few car reflections and lower resolution so its running on high settings, and 7 runs on ultra imo because reflections and lighting effects ,high res textures are present and look better on the 7, i think this is why the game stutters on the 7 and not on the SE , my suggestion would be to fix this issue by making graphics similar to how they are on the SE, ie identical resolution settings and identical gfx settings, also make the SE to have its higher gfx settings but just fix a few minor effects on so it also doesnt stutter, because ive started to see a few stutters on my SE for the past few updates as well. (just please dont remove motion blur from the iphone SE its why the game looks beautiful on it)

If you are trying to migrate your account from Android to iOS, you need to make that request from your Android device. Since there is no actual subject in the drop down menu for account migration, just use OTHER as your response as many times as possible in those sections.

CC will need you to perform certain steps on the Android during the course of the migration from what others have told me of what all they had to do to migrate their account. All information I have been given stated that you need both devices until the migration is completed. Borrow someone's Android phone that is compatible with the game & log into your account when CC tells you to perform those steps, then the person can delete A9 off their phone once those steps are complete.

CC will not do any migrations during a major event though. It will seriously mess up your account if they did migrate your account right now. Also, migration process takes about 2 weeks to complete. It isn't just click a couple buttons & Gameloft is done.

It freezes on iPad Pro 11 with 60 FPS too. Especially right before contact with another car or wreck in environment. Momentary lag makes the wrecks/contact unpreventable.
It does the same thing on the devices with the higher benchmark scores. I can’t imagine devices without lower specs.

Is it just me or is there a massive glitch in the game. My WiFi has always been bad but it’s never kicked me out of the app or caused me to glitch so hard in a race where the car doesn’t look like it’s even moving. It still makes sounds but there’s no way to control it. I even deleted the game and tried to reinstall it but it took like 20 minutes to do just that. Did I do something wrong?

This is a great event, but, it ruins my mood on how the game always disconnects me right after I completed a goal..and then after I relaunch the game, no points are added. 10 races were wasted thanks to this, my WiFi is pretty strong actually. Been having this for two days.

On ios you cannot connect to facebook only on android because if you did connect you could actually shift your progress to an android but we all know by now that asphalt 9 is not cross platform
Also anyone who is having trouble with synchronization of ads it's because of cache and since in iOS there is no way of clearing that you definitely need to reinstall the game

I lost two race because od freezing, - 30 points in zenvo mp. Game freze for one sec but only for me, next is normal few second and again, freeze for one, two sec but only me so after 20,30 sec of race i lost sight of other players. And im talking about zenvo mp where everybody drive the same car. I said ok, lets try burst of speed mp. Error 28 and i lost fuel for aperta... Game is unplayable... I just came from the closest Apple store, I was talking to a Genius Bar employee about the problems with A9 and some other Apps. He told me to never close an app completely via the app switcher. That would not be good for the app as well as for iOS itself and could lead to errors in both. Instead, you should leave the apps open in the background. Did any of you ever hear that?

Recently, my device started overheating when watching ads. The device gets really hot while watching ads, and if I race soon after watching ads, then I have frame rate issues. I do not think it is any particular ad; it seems to happen no matter what ad I watch. Also, this was not happening a few days ago. Until this is addressed, I will have to stop watching ads (or wait between watching ads) because I am afraid it may damage my device.

Do this after watching Ads, playing several races in a row in one game mode and then going to a different area of the game (ex: If you're in Daily and race 10 tickets, close game and free your iOS device memory and cache).
*Think about it.. when doing daily events: Amateur/Advanced/Expert races for example, you are driving on the same map and as such, the map/race track does not need to recreate itself by pulling additional data from A9 Server for that map, it only needs to pull the A.I. race car's data so there's no need for additional memory for same map, map is retained in cache.)
Cleared cache? Now do Special Event vs jumping from one game mode to the next (more maps played = less available cache). After using all Special Event Tickets ->clear memory. Restart game. -> Run MP races.
Ads in particular seem to use a separate process/program/app in order to display them. I believe Safari may be integrated with Asphalt 9 and pauses the game (running in background) then returns to the game while attempting to maintain steady Asphalt 9 Game Server connection (which seems to be problematic and reason for Ads not giving tickets at times due to instable connection as a result from the Ad itself)
@glad finch Overheating is something that happens for me mainly from playing too much, especially in MP races as this requires more hardware interactions in order to connect players in real-time to one server. Happens far less when playing vs A.I. Overheating can be easily felt with your hand. 3rd party / aftermarket cases trap heat & prevent heat dissipation. May be wise to remove while playing. Many tweaks within settings (disable iCloud, Delete Facebook and it's devil worshipping messenger as if ya can't just send an mms/sms?? Social media is bad k. 🤔 Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh (Disable this). Also turn off Auto-Brightness and manually set to a low yet tolerable Brightness setting (mine is about 20% if there were a % indicator). Tons of heat caused from this alone.
These devices are not game consoles or PC. They are cell phones with passive cooling (no fans, no water cooling, just dumb phones with heatsink/heat conductive parts so.... it's to be expected). 😉

@rigid walrus to report issues that arise in the game on an iOS device. Telling Mina, Deniss or anyone else 'to fix it' won't get anything accomplished. Reporting an issue here just let's the Dev's know there is a problem. If anyone wants to have their specific problem addressed, then it needs to be done via Customer Care since they will have the person provide additional information, crash dump logs, etc.

@near lion there are loopholes per se. You can do certain things to get a soft ban intentionally and come out seconds before the season ends. You can use multiple accounts to boost yourself in cheaterboard which is what a few people have actually done. A huge problem with these unlimited fuel seasons because a few people can just create alternate accounts and use them to intentionally in cheaterboard, boost to the top, then come out at the right time. Also intentional lag whether by general bad internet or using a vpn with worse connection intentionally which opens up a whole other possibility which most games have managed to eradicate years ago.

Do not do this, you wont be able to use ios devices @drifting latch till next ios update game wont launch. GL messed up badly. Furthermore gamepad doesn’t work- it has 3-5 seconds delay of inputs. Mac version uses apple signin option, you first enable it on you ios device.

My club is experiencing some really wierd issues today:
- A club mate messaged me saying his reputation had been reset to zero. He shared a screenshot through Discord and indeed his reputation appeared as 0.
- I checked to see if I saw the same issue as my club mate, and I do not. Things look normal to me.
- Then I get a notification in the chat saying, "A new club season has started!" That is odd, since we were supposed to have another week left in the season.
- Everyone's reputation still looks normal. (No one appears to have been reset to 0.) But the season countdown clock now says, "Season ends in 13D 17H".
- The club mate that saw his reputation reset is now experiencing issues with multiplayer. He says his nitro button only works half the time.
- My chat button has disappeared when I am in the main screen (the little tab that is supposed to be on the left of the screen). So I cannot open the chat from the main screen. I can see the tab when I am in other screens besides the main screen though.
- Some people in my club are seeing two weekly competitions. I do not see this issue.
- (As I see it) the multiplayer world series season has not been extended or reset. I say this in response to the above post by SpaceShip.

Windows Phones do not exist anymore. Microsoft stopped all support & shut them all down. Most people I know that had them tossed them in a junk drawer & forgot about them. One person gave his Win Phone to his kid to use as a calculator

you don´t have to start from zero @torn pulsar on the iOS device in A9 go to settings - connect - sign in with Apple/ connect with Apple - enable it. once done start A9 on Mac - enter your infos. after that´s done you´ll see a screen "account conflicts" choose your iOS account(that one which shown your right progress) after that both devices should be synced

I doubt that we have all reached our maximum or the maximum has changed a few days ago, e.g. I refueled Rimac three times from about 6:00 am to 9:30 am today and used 2 ads for event tickets.
The ad packages were not available at all or did not work properly. Since then, unlike in the past, I haven't been able to refuel any other cars all day long. However, CustomerCare contacted.

There are 42 days for the event, stages up to RO can be done in 15 days without watching a single ad so you could have 25 days for rimac stages. Even without any ads you can play 2-3x3 races every day. Don’t blame GL for not giving you unlimited ads now when you wasted 2 weeks in previous stages

ID not needed to provide being every player on iOS seems to be affected... but here's mine just in case (btw I'm revising this and the issue has been going on now unresolved for 9 hours since my first login January 22)
Gameloft will do the right thing and compensate with generous amounts of Tokens.
Ad revenue - wager GL gaining profits by folks logging in and just trying to see if it's been fixed and player getting hopefully mass amounts of tokens. It's crunch time for Special Event / Drive Syndicate and people wanting to unlock/star up/max their Corvette GS 🤦🏾♂️

Usually, it's just when synchronization doesn't happen, so it would give all rewards on the next time it synced.
I've checked and if, for example, I didn't have Ad packs two times, 3rd time I had 3 ad packs at the same time. Same happened with reducing the time to refill

Now open A9 on your new device, go to settings, contact CC and tell them to transfer your progress from other platform. Tell them your ticket ID so they know which acc to transfer

- contact CC from current device
- wait for their reply
- reply to their mail and agree to transfer your acc
- contact CC from new device (platform) telling them your ticket ID, you can send your player ID as well

after Customer care seemed to have something reset in my Account the Issue is now clear :
ADs are limited to round 100 a day , after that no AD available until reset time .
It affects any ADs .

Recorded video quality becomes lower than before ios 13.3.

And this problem does not happen in other games (Mario Kart Tour etc...).

Just had a sudden and severe drop in feamerate, followed by a game freeze and crash. Device is an iPhone 6s, I have never encountered this issue before. Game was running perfectly fine up until now. I’m having issues with the iOS update released today. The first two I haven’t seen before, the third I have.
- I’ve started 2 of 4 MP races with no control of my car.
- Other players randomly appear or disappear in MP, they don’t even have yellow dots on the map, but either I speed by them or they speed by me (never slowly).
- I’ll watch an ad pack, it counts towards my daily cards claimed, but I don’t actually get the ad pack to open.
