Having problem playing ads from yesterday which is very annoying. For many ads I see this screen and after few seconds a pop up shows up and says my connection is too low to play that ad even though I’ve 100Mbit connection

That's a new bug actually, after the recent update. A lot of players' cars are being knocked down more easily. Sometimes without even touching the car itself.

This Top 1 guy was non existent on LBs for the whole season so far and only appeared now in the recent couple hours. He has an exploit that allows him to be in CB for most of season and then he gets rating easily and is on Top 1

After update, game lags sometimes in multiplayer mostly when connection is low pop up appears. Low connection causes game to lag but it didn’t happen before update.

Homeboy and pals came back despite warning yesterday this would happen. Many people lost their hard earned top 10 rewards. These two LB should never intersect. These are the different LB at the end of the season. Dark is CB and light is regular LB.

Hello. My team and I have had problems with team rewards. I managed to claim, but the rest of her didn't. The game simply states that only 4 players played but I, I'm on the same team, played before completing the 5 players and says whether I didn't play and can't claim it.

They are using jailbreak functions (they enable a gesture system and automatically without a human moving) to benefit from all the other players, I ask the Asphalt 9 team to investigate and punish the members responsible for this. We want a clean top, with teams that comply with the rules.

Players play their butt off dealing with trash KD mechanics, cheap moves, physics issues, and fighting bad connection players to have it all taken away by these people. Today alone I’ve been knocked by lagging players, knocked by cars not even using nitro, physicd by 570S 4x in 3 races. I couldn’t imagine the anger from players up top to wake up and see this. It’s disrespectful to the entire A9 player base on iOS to permit these tactics with no disciplinary action. People like this is why I don’t really go all out for multiplayer anymore. Not only do you have to worry about all the items listed above, you also have to worry about this. It’s too much. Is it too much to ask for a fair multiplayer experience?

@drifting latch I respect you but that will do nothing. We need to get at the problem from the source. Being attacked during an entire race by multiple drivers from one team is ridiculous, don’t you think? Some people actually play A9 for skill rather than cheap moves. That’s starting to become a rare thing as of late and it’s frustrating. It’s like GL actually hates it’s player base and doesn’t want to address anything besides what is convenient to them and if they even feel like doing it. This game is becoming the longest swirling floater I have ever seen in the toilet.

They are boosting again
Running other fair players races .
Meaning 2 or 3 players from team bhp to get 1 of them the win to ruin other people races . we have evidences and we need these 2 players to get a permanent banned .

Especially the bug where the car rolls to the side and wrecks while wall riding

Also add a numerical rep counter so that we can determine how many races we need to do before we level up and refuel all of our cars instead of leaving it empty. If other games can do that, why not Gameloft?

Yes I do know that the amount varies depending on what mode I play on and that rep gain isn’t fixed, but that’s not my point. My point is that there’s a rep counter like this one for example:

                       +105

lv65(————- )
(67500 +105/123400)

it is located below the rep progress bar (or whatever you call it), where it shows the amount of rep one has on that current level over the amount of rep needed before advancing to the next level. When I finish a race and gain rep, the amount of rep gained is shown there on the progress bar @forest cloak

Regardless of how many rep I get, it will add up on the progress bar and helps me see how much rep have I gained

That just looks like two coincidental races with three of the same club members. Unless there was some way they did that intentionally, then you'd just have to report it to Gameloft customer service if it goes against the rules. That's all I can say about that. kitty

But before you do that, just make sure to include valid proof in case it isn't intentional. I'm not taking any sides on this, as I don't know what's going on exactly, but I'm just guiding you as to how you can help keep Asphalt 9 fair for everyone.

As a ‘workaround’ for Senna event club reward issue, you can claim the rewards if you just go to another club (that has met the requirements for the reward). As much as GL doesn’t like club hopping, they’ve now forced us into club hopping to get the rewards we’ve earned. 🤪

People have devices that don’t support 60 FPS and via a tweak you can emulate other devices. 60 FPS runs fine on iPad Pro 2018 and iPhone X. FYI. The only things that loads slow is the UI.

I think by now it's obvious that bad luck protection means nothing. It's intended use is on hunts where you don't publish a drop rate. Based on the frequency of 3 credits drops it obvious that car hunts are rigged. One person gets great drops and another gets poor.

So the fix for the club rewards in Senna event was to decrease the num er of players to 2. I see a future problem on last stage leaderboard. There will be more than leaderboard for last stage. Hope you GL guys can fix it before last stage 👍

Ever since iOS 13 (this happened during the beta so I changed back to iOS 12) whenever I am turning I double tap the drift button but my car refuses to 360 and I sometimes try double nitro but the gameplay has a delay with my touch and does a blue nitro instead.

Boosting your rating out of other players range using your friends as a tool is cheating. Would she be able to do that alone legitimately? I personally think she actually could if she got to practice instead of relying on you all and being a part of your delinquency. If Pro, Phantom, SR, or RpM (many other teams as well) took the same approach as you, you all wouldn’t even be top 10. Unfortunately, we must take the high road here and not nuke you. She is a good driver but your teams constant abuse of the community in and outside of the game is an insult to other players/ teams and is completely unacceptable. I really don’t understand what makes you people on team BHP/Wrecking Crew feel entitled to rewards you did not earn honestly and feel like it’s okay to constantly harass people whether it be silly YT videos or silly Discord names referencing a teenagers parents. Please do not inherit the grandiosity of this person. You have completely ruined multiplayer with your shenanigans and I urge GL to actually do something about it. Other teams are not mean people BHP and Wrecking Crew players. RedViper has a tendency to bring out the worst in everybody and for my role in shenanigans towards anybody other than RedViper I am sorry. Seriously this needs to stop. Many of you guys are top notch players and deserve to learn to play via skill and friendly competition rather than cheating to the top. We are so sick of it, you have no idea. Many players only play A9 for MP. This game is centered around it and you think your above everybody else and can do what you want. Just play fair and stop dirty nonsense. I finished Multiplayer race in Senna mp. I am a noob player and it’s hard to win against whales and folks with maxed out new cars. Was difficult beating them in Himalayas as you can see.
After I finished race with position 1st in race it displayed———-
Can you please resolve this.. happening on iOS again and again .. it’s irritating to refill cars by watching tons of ads then race and when you win you don’t get any rating..

I got disconnected in Senna Mp. Was about to reach elite legue and all of sudden it says disconnected. My internet is perfectly fine I can watch 4K YouTube video without buffer. Kindly please check why it’s happening as I am very old asphalt player and non of earlier asphalt gamers ever had this issue. It frustrates me a lot when such a loss happens without even a mistake in my lap. Lost -20x2 times now I can’t play for the day afraid to lose more.

For stage 11 of the Senna event, one of the achievement is restricted until the Hussarya 33 is at two stars. But I have the Hussarya 33 at two stars and the achievement is still red.

For the sake of god listen to the community. Your game is becoming more and more sad every day. I am not asking your to remove p2w or anything extreme, I am only asking for a fix for this ridiculousness that happens in Multiplayer. A simple ghost mode where no collisions occur the first 10 seconds would solve the boosting, cheating, and bad connection at the start of the race. I can’t blame the player here but how is it possible that a company this big can’t even make a simple solution to make the game more bare-able. Just take what we say into consideration for the sake of redeeming what’s left of your community.

Since few days I have many FPS drops while doing races in events and mp.
iPhone XR, iOS 13, Germany
I’m not sure if it’s since last A9 update or since iOS 13 update, but it’s getting worse in past 2 days. 60 FPS device iPhone XR drops to 10-20 FPS for few seconds, then back to 50-60 FPS

I regret to tell you that the Asphalt 9 game does not support the possibility to synchronize progress between different platforms. Thus you won’t be able to transfer or synchronize your data between devices running on different platforms (Android/iOS/Windows).

Though, we do have a possibility to perform a one-time transfer of your game progress between platforms. Still, in this case you'll face the following changes:

1. As soon as we transfer your game data to the new device, we'll reset your game progress on the old device. So, you will be able to continue playing only on your new device.

2. You'll lose all platform related progress on your new device, which is the following:

- Time-limited events progress;

- Multiplayer season progress;

- Club progress. You'll need to create a new club with players on the new platform you are moving to.

- the progress of the currently running Special Event (if any) together with the Blueprints balance of the SE featured car.

As the game is not cross-platforming, this is technically impossible to transfer all the mentioned above things to another platform.

3. If you are a leader of the club now, what we recommend is that you leave your current club beforehand and appoint one of your best club members as a leader, so that your club can exist without you.

If you accept all these conditions, please create a new request to Customer Care from in-game directly on your old Android device, so that we receive your new account information. Thus we'll be able to proceed with progress transfer.

We'll be waiting for your reply.

Not sure if this is iOS specific or all platforms, but I’m pretty sure the Senna event stage 24 leaderboard is broken. It is missing players. Appears to be the same issue as we had with club rewards as I don’t see players from my team that have said they’ve done it. Furthermore I only see 33 players in total so far.

@cursive knoll this game is broken at all. Customers care don't know anything about it and it's not helpful for sure...
If there is some wrongs on Gameloft side, they should compensate it's ASAP, without any delay.
I've had broken Senna, I haven't got SKILL SHOWDOWN event... And till now there is no any solution made by Gameloft.

It's unprofessional standing and worst service ever!

It was worldwide event. My teammates (not all of them but MOST) having such event. So don't tell here that this was regional event. There was no any restrictions written by you in relation to this event.

You should be liable for that such situation BV- SAME AS SENNA Special Event!!! To different leaderboard and lower chance for winning prizes because of smaller number of drivers. But FIRST problem with claiming club rewards.

YOU giving us BUG ONLY. And worst thing is that you don't know what is going on and how manage it - and FINALLY you don't want to compensate to us any rewards, even if that wrong is on your side.

I know the ads are intentionally set to be one at a time, but it's becoming slightly repetitive opening and closing the app for each ad.

Is there a bug in ranking of clubs when you search by country? Because on ios it doesn’t seem to appear in order. For example when you search by country Pakistan, Team Pakistan don’t even appear unless you do a search for it. Is this a normal behavior?

The matching goes by player rating and/or car rank. For each race, it'll try to get together as many related ratings and/or ranks. I'm not sure which one, it could be both or just one factor.

I hate this game honestly. They made it so pay to win, from the get go. Like if you dont have a good car, you will lose. I've played for a year on and off and I compete in platinum league, much less pass it. I remember even 5 months ago I could use the m4 gts in c class multiplayer or the lotus. now if I use any car under 2800 I will come in last and lose a bunch of points. It's complete bs.

@errant lantern Based off of the image, winning was possible. Other factors could have contributed to the loss, such as using Touch Drive while the others have used manual as ⚡RpM Lightning ⚡ had mentioned or low connection. Although, you aren't obligated to use a specific set of controls, you use whichever you're comfortable with using. 👌
Regarding matching players in multiplayer, the system is set to pair players close in rating. There'll be wins and losses, it's just how it is. space

@drifting latch This was just one of many races where I’m just trying to maintain top 1000 and I get matched with guys in the top 100. The problem is the matchmaking and rating losses are so bad that many people simply don’t play these MP. So, it’s hard for me to get matched against fair competitors. Even on TD, I should be able to get top 1000 easily with my cars and my skills. Very few TD racers can beat me. And there aren’t 1000 manual steerers who can beat me. The imbalance between rating losses and rating gains is the problem. @drifting latch

I have the same issue with Senna LB. It did affect my placement among all players. I was on bugged LB with less players and didn’t get percentage that represented my time. Now I am 1 epic short. Why did nobody manually do the leaderboard and send epic imports or decal later? Don’t say you fixed it when you didn’t.

Same goes for the decal events as your golden boy openly admitted a booster into his team, used their account, and posted the run on YouTube but blurred the name. Why does the game run so poorly all of a sudden. I am using Xs max and there is lag and the game seems to be playing in slow motion. Mp is unbearable at the moment.

I play many online games and asphalt is the only one that seems to have major issues while playing mp. I guess by now whatever the issue is, isn’t able to be fixed. Please at least sort the lag out though

Hi Deniss, the problem of lag was already there but with this recent update, the lag got even more frequent and worse. The frame rate drops in the middle of the race intermittently, and it has been happening for quite a while now, and with the update I'm starting to get lag spikes. I am using an Iphone XS Max so it shouldn't be the issue with the device as I don't have any issues on other games. I'm on iOS 13.1.2 and I did not go into beta.

Why has the AI been made worse on all the existing events? I know you like to use them to make people upgrade cars but it’s so very annoying. Max Fenyr overtaken by low level rubbish is a little odd. Also when you manoeuvre round a car hit by the ai, why does it then heat seek to you after passing it?

I know you don’t care about this and it’s an ‘arcade’ game but it’s not fun or clever.

So why am I missing the zenvo packs? Uerk Fab has them at 2 star but I don’t. Is there a bug as I have a 2 star car and 350 conditions. If it’s not a bug could you advise the requirements to show the packs

Don’t know if its reported but the second half of the second slider for tinted windows does pretty much nothing since the update. It used to make the windows slightly harder to see through by making it more white (similar to the default window of chevrolet camaro lt) but now it just stays the same as halfway along that second slider

Shockwave either does not activate or requires numerous attempts to engage. (By then it’s kd & race over)
Trying to drift is the same- does not activate/respond

Connection errors and then it may take numerous restart attempts before game will load.

I keep getting screwed out of blueprints since this new update took place.. what’s up? It’s not counting them correctly! They aren’t adding up... I should have unlocked or starred up several cars by now and I’m never going to make any progress like this, nor will I pay to play if this is what I can expect in return for my money.

Lag. Issue observed in Asphalt 8 when mixing players whose devices running @ 30 fps and 60 fps if I'm not mistaken. Influx of 60 fps causing lag?

Graphics look better also, but Multi-Player races ... lagfest.

Ads can be seen one at a time, but not every 24 hours. If you watch one, you'll just need to close and open the pop-up each time to see the next one.

I found a lot more inappropriate/offensive titles and names through multiplayer races. The names have symbols, and others are just spelled out with normal letters to form bad words/phrases.
