It's somewhat impossible to determine how long it will take. First, you need to upgrade appropriate car for upcoming UGR. Next, you can't progress with better car in campain. Then, if you want to have a shot in UGR you need all campaign cars maxed and even tuned. Finally, the event in Vault provide cars that can be used in UGR.....
UGR have 3 divisions: Driver, Speedster and Breakneck. Each week featured different cars so you need to get adapt with it. Cars PR with stats, finally skills is the most matter there.
6 tiers: E,D C,B,A,S. Reach all tier in 3 division to get in Rival...
