Actually I make some workaround to bypass it by replacing all files from ‘source’ folder from win 10 iso (except install.wim/esd) to win 11 ‘source’ folder since my PC isn’t compatible for insider tho. @faint dragon

He can convert physical damage to cryo dmg

chongyun's usability is very situational

c2 makes him a good support, provided your main dps doesn't rely on phys damage, like eula, razor, or phys build keq

for example, i pair him with noelle, because the of the 8% bonus attack speed, the reduced skill cooldown, and the fact that noelle's burst overrides chongyun's cryo field
