I... don't think it's possible to revert it - there's one small chance, though, if they do keep backups of player progress in a backserver somewhere, you can restore it with some minor loss in progress (probably just a few missing upgrades or currency at best), and the wrongly merged ID can also be restored this way, if any

Just create another CC ticket if required, and see if you can get the necessary replies
