If any of them are unlocked by default, you should. If you have to earn them like milestones in the game, you will still have to earn them in Xbox.

for example these in my screenshot-- you will have to earn some of them. If you migrate to Windows with 42 cars for example, I would assume the achievement of having 30 cars would automatically be awarded to you the first time you logged into A9 & Xbox.
