a) i grinded online too much when i was in japan, causing my online rank to be disproportionally high compared to my street racer grade
b) because i bought the card and started the save in japan, im region locked, so when im in australia the game fails to match me with japanese players (because im not on their network) and fails to match me with other region players because im classified as a japanese player
