What i do, for top 10 div 5 is 3 days sandbag with 3 weak and 2 strong times, then swap to all strong on the 4th day using 3 defences (only 2 attacks that day), then full push

But if you're aiming at a lower position cut-off you could consider extending the sandbag time

You kinda need to experiment till you get the right combo
