basically, your division is based on the 5 highest ranked cars in your garage (not what you select during gauntlet), and it only checks for what rank those 5 cars are at the moment, not max possible/min possible rank
this division selection happens as soon as gauntlet starts, regardless if you play it or not
what the person asked is if starring up their car but not upgrading it (as it increases max possible rank cap) affects division, so I said it doesn’t (reason: explained above)
