Like, since it's 27 seconds, i usually do it like this (full md)

-take blue
-turn left with perfect nitro and take yellow nitro
-forgor, but at least you hit shockwave after taking left route. Iirc you get perfect run boost around there

And then barrel roll with whatever nitro you have. You can go right or take the exact same route barrel roll and drift to left.

It depends on your garage, few simple things I can tell you is, use agile and fast acceleration cars, for twisty tracks, like Huracan, Vanda, Peugeot 9x8, if that's an option, or Corvette Grandsport, Aston Martin Vantage GT12, And for straighter tracks, use cars with high accel and top speed.

For straight you can compromise with accel if you can compensate with top speed
