As much as I like div 5 for devel, i prefer div 4 because of competitiveness and also the highest ranking i was able to reached in gauntlet div4 is top25.

one optimization you can make is swapping Lykan Hypersport and Vulcano Titanium. Consider watching a video on how to do Water Run (水跑) with a fast car. Other than that, I can't help you much because their cars are just better.
