that track is available in one career race in Chapter-2, Stars & Stripes, Race-8, with all U.S. cars available to use in it

so maybe u can still be able to practice in there, also, ds e-tense seems to be the best car for that track based on the cars u own+their upgrade levels currently

it's the only game mode this game has seen since its release that only features short tracks. everywhere else there are long tracks. that's the aim of this mode, to be fast paced with short tracks only. the playtime required is already higher than any other mode, adding long tracks will add even more time required and will defeat the purpose why this mode exists
