#Make Progression More Engaging with Battle XP and Dual Currency Speed-Ups”

Interesting idea, but it would mean anyone clearing a lot of encounters would level up quickly, possibly too fast for their units or economy to keep up. Plus it ruins the ability to intentionally stay at a lower level.

It would need a toggle, otherwise I'm against it

That’s actually a fair point, and I agree it shouldn’t make leveling too fast or break the economy.
What if it was balanced in a controlled way instead of just giving full XP every time?
For example:
XP from battles could be reduced or scaled, not full XP like houses
Could include diminishing returns if someone farms too many encounters
Or even better, like you said, include a toggle option so players can choose whether they want combat XP or not
That way:
Players who want to stay low level can still do so
Players who are active and want progression aren’t stuck waiting hours/days
And it doesn’t overpower the economy or unit progression
I think the main goal is just to make combat feel more rewarding without breaking balance, and there are definitely ways to do that safely.

Are you running enough shops? Leveling up really isn’t that difficult.

running more shops definitely helps with XP, and I agree it’s part of the current system.
I think the issue isn’t that leveling is impossible, but that it’s very dependent on passive waiting rather than active gameplay.
Some players might:
Not have enough shop slots yet
Not want to constantly check timers
Or just prefer actually playing battles instead of waiting for XP
I’m not suggesting replacing shop XP, just adding combat XP as an additional option, so both playstyles are supported.
That way:
Passive players can still rely on shops
Active players can progress through battles
And overall progression feels more engaging instead of time-gated

Im not saying dixie is another of OP's alt, but they are upvoting all of OP's suggestions without making a single comment in the server too

and joined the server on the same week

the 2 extra upvotes changes nothing, but its the behaviour itself thats kind of, eh

Aren't alts like, not allowed or something?
I love how out of touch with battle nations the suggestion is, point 4 is just weird pandering to a non-existant audience and point 5 is just... not even doable, there's no 'tougher enemies' to seek out
Point 1-3 are just the same thing but rehashed
