It would solve it, as the objective of photo mode in games is to take a high quality screenshot with no UI elements.
But what I am trying to tell you is to call your post "Photo mode" or something related to that, so it's more understandable.

Im pretty sure he means a massive image of the entire outpost zoomed all the way out, but you can zoom in and have it be the same quality it would be zoomed all the way up like this, as if you were playing the game.
It would be a massive file but its 2025 and everyone has enough space for it

Yes, Photomode. I don't know what people don't understand with photo mode? Almost every game has it. It disables UI elements, then takes a high def screenshot.
The problem OP has is literally everything just described. The base is low resolution unless zoomed in, and the UI element is in the way regardless. So they'd want photo mode. That's what it's called.

This is a photo of my full base. If i zoom in on this photo it looks all pixelated and bad.
If it were a full resolution photo it should look clean when i zoom in, as if im playing the game

Smash bros has photo mode. Zoo tycoon has photo mode. So does GTA, Ready or Not, and Xcom 2.
These tools let you move around and take small-scale but high resolution photos of a thing, or large but low resolution photos of an area.
A download button is this game would be like taking a dozen small photos and stitching them together for a large, high quality photo.
Just because you refuse to understand that, it doesnt mean you get to bully other people over it, because you are still wrong.

I'm not really bullying, my suggestion is to call the title of the post (which I have now given up on yet you continue to bring up towards me for some reason) is to call it photo mode. Photo mode to me implies a mode, in which you take a photo. Preferably what OP suggests.
For this game, of course we would want it to be high res??? I don't know in which instance I ever implied otherwise. I am suggesting a name. I am not suggesting we copy things that don't work. No idea where you got that from, haha clown emoji.
Calling it "Download button" is just Photo mode in different wording. I know that, sure. The argument against me over a simple name is actually either some kind of willing misunderstanding, ignorance, or just flat out insecurity, which given the emote spamming I am going to go with the latter.
