bot hangs on trades have become super, super, super common recently. this has been a nagging problem since as long as I remember, but now it seems like about half the games I try to play, end with a bot user doing the same trade offers unendless times despite being denied, with an infinite timer.

I decided maybe it was time to give up on ONLINE games due to this, because as soon as one user leaves and turns into a bot, it's almost inevitable that the game will get stuck forever. totally unplayable. So then I did a SOLO game and the bot that was playing brown got stuck on its turn with infinite time.

so really 2 bugs:

1. bots get infinite time on their turns sometimes and never time out
2. bots get stuck in trade re-offer loops, where they just keep offering the same trade over and over and over again, which would maybe be okay except for #1 above.

this happens across platforms. Doesn't matter if I'm on mobile or desktop, same thing.

these two bugs manifest themselves ALL THE TIME, and in my experience are the two most critical issues with the game. Any chance you can give us some insight into priority for the team to fix?

This is happening in your solo matches as well? That is new. Could you dm me a screen recording or screenshot of when that happens next time? Thank you for testing that on multiple platforms. Games getting stuck like that are a top priority to fix, and will be worked on by releasing multiple updates and improvements.

I'll try and grab a screenshot. last time it was a 6-player solo game, and brown bot player's turn, and he had an infinite timer and wouldn't move. all the bot users were giving the watch emoji, including the one who's turn it was.

could devs build in a "report hung game" feature so that they could automatically get diagnostics and reports from clients/servers?
