Cannot Randomize Board or Tiles

I am having an issue when I try to play the game. It will not let me select the setting to randomize the board and tiles so I have to keep playing the same board over and over again. I have purchased the base game and play all the time.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Are you trying to play auto matches, custom matches or solo matches?
I'm guessing you're playing the first island map in the base game?

i have had this issue for a few days on solo or multiplayer with friends and seems both people i play with now cannot randomize either
